Just 44 days after ending their last search for a new manager, West Brom are at it again. A run of no wins in nine games prompted the Baggies hierarchy to take drastic action and fire Eric Ramsay with the club teetering above the relegation zone.
Top betting sites have the latest odds on who will replace Ramsay and many of the names are similar the ones who were in the market when Ryan Mason was fired in January.
James Morrison is the early favourite for the role, but there are a number of other familiar names linked. The likes of Russell Martin, Slaven Bilic and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer are likely to interest the club, whilst Sean Dyche is also on the market at top football betting sites.

Bilic Set For Baggies Return?
Slaven Bilic managed West Brom for 18 months between June 2019 and December 2020, leading them to back to the Premier League in the extended Covid season of 2019/20 after securing Championship promotion on the final day of the season. His time in the top-flight didn't last long, though, as he was given his marching orders just 13 games into the season with the Baggies second from bottom.
Nevertheless, Bilic appears to be hankering for a return to management after 18 months out of the business, most recently throwing his hat into the ring when another former club of his - West Ham - were looking for a new boss, which could lead to positive conversations between the Baggies and the Croat.
West Brom In For Dyche
Sean Dyche has been put through the ringer somewhat in recent years, first leaving Burnley after nearly a decade in charge in 2022 and then lasting two years at Everton before surviving just four months at Nottingham Forest. With Premier League jobs likely to be few and far between for the next few months, a return to the Championship could be a consideration.
There is significant doubt as to whether Dyche would want to go from a Forest team now on their fourth manager to a West Brom team about to be on their third, but if anyone is the man to get them out of this mess and challenge for promotion next season then it's him.

Russell Martin Prominent in The Betting
Russell Martin's stock could barely be lower right now after a disastrous spell at Rangers earlier this season where he lasted just 123 days, but his experience with Swansea City between 2021 and 2023 could make him an attractive candidate.
Martin led the Swans to 15th in the table in his first season before improving that by five spots next time around, which led to Southampton hiring the former defender and a 25-game unbeaten run saw them promoted back to the Premier League. Despite his time in Glasgow, Martin's Championship pedigree would make him an interest candidate for the role, and the odds at most Apple Pay betting sites suggests the club's hierarchy agree.
James Morrison Familiar With The Club
James Morrison is now in his second stint as West Brom caretaker manager, having previously done the job at the tail end of last season following the firing of Tony Mowbray. The Baggies legend, who played over 340 games for the club, has been part of the coaching setup at the club since 2019 and was promoted to first team coach a year later.
West Brom are precariously placed in the Championship table right now, flirting with relegation after failing to win in 2026 so far. Hiring from within could prove to be a fruitful - albeit risky - move.
