With the news of a full sale takeover ramping up at Manchester United, fans of the club will be keeping their fixation firmly locked on which players are available to bring in this summer.

There is no doubt that Erik Ten Hag has improved transfer dealings in his first two windows in charge of the Red Devils, but there is still much to do in terms of a total squad revamp that can meet the expectations of soccer betting sites and challenge on all fronts.

Here are three signings that would transform Manchester United going into next season.

Harry Kane

It is no secret that Manchester United’s number one priority going into the summer transfer window will be a centre forward.

While there are a number of players likely on their shortlist – such as Napoli’s Victor Osimhen and Benfica’s Goncalo Ramos – Harry Kane remains the favourite to join the club in the upcoming transfer window.

Although Kane only has one year left on his current Tottenham Hotspur contract, Daniel Levy is likely to hold out for near to £100 million for the England international’s signature.

A lot of Manchester United’s summer recruitment will depend on any potential new owners at Old Trafford, but Kane will be pursued regardless in the hope that they can secure their top target.

England's all-time top goalscorer would be the perfect fit for the Red Devils in terms of what they will need out of a striker who can interlink play, press from the front and score a guaranteed 20+ Premier League goals.

With this signing alone, Kane elevates Manchester United to Premier League title challengers, and they would likely be popular Premier League picks for the trophy on soccer betting apps if completed.

Enzo Le Fee

A player who is arguably unknown to the masses, Enzo Le Fee’s stock has certainly increased throughout this season with FC Lorient in Ligue 1.

An incredibly technical midfielder, Manchester United will be looking to recruit a press-resilient player who can carry the ball through the phases and remain composed. Le Fee’s ability to play with his back to play, half turn and wriggle out of tight situations is the type of player that the Red Devils are sorely lacking.

The France under-21 international has shown his adaptability, having played as a holding, central and attacking midfielder for Lorient this season. Erik Ten Hag has a clear preference for players who can adapt to any situation where needed.

FC Barcelona’s Frenkie de Jong was the top target last summer, but that looks highly unlikely after the Spanish giants managed to keep him despite their financial turmoil.

Le Fee is a player similar in mould to De Jong and of an age, at 23, that is incredibly attractive to Manchester United moving forward as they look to recruit younger players in the midfield area to help make them stronger favorites for glory with betting sites.

David Raya

The goalkeeping position at Manchester United has been a contentious point for a number of years now, with some fans adamant that a change, or at the very least, competition, is needed for David De Gea in the Premier League lineup.

No one would deny the Spaniard’s incredible shot-stopping exploits or get-out-of-danger moments that he continues to showcase, but there is a serious question to be asked about his distribution – which is, by all accounts, not good enough for the modern game.

Up there with some of the best goalkeepers with their feet, but also overall goalkeeping play, is Brentford and Spain’s David Raya.

Signed from Blackburn in 2019, Raya’s journey has gone on an upward trajectory in which he has now found himself firmly in the national team for Spain. His performances in the Premier League, especially this season, have been up there with the best the country has to offer, which makes him an appealing prospect to Manchester United and many others.

At 27, there is no reason why Raya cannot enjoy another 10 years given the longevity of modern-day goalkeepers. De Gea’s contract has an option for another year’s extension at the end of this season, but as seen with how Pep Guardiola treated Joe Hart, to move forward, ruthlessness is required.

Time will tell whether De Gea is moved on or given true competition going into next season, but it has been made clear from this season’s performances, a goalkeeper who is competent with the ball at his feet is a necessity.
