2026 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe Tips

Daryz is almost certain to go off favourite for The Arc, and with good reason. He won the 2025 running by a head from Minnie Hauk and has done nothing but impress ever since. He's a rock solid option and a very worthy favourite.

If you're looking for a big-priced outsider, George Scott's Bay City Roller could be worth a look. Five wins and seven runner-up finishes from his 14 career starts show just how consistent he is. He got to within a couple of lengths of Daryz last time out over this course and distance, which came on the back of a devastating 10-length win in the Coronation Cup at Epsom. At around 25/1, he's a live outsider.

Earlier on in the day, Time For Sandals looks to have a huge chance in the Prix de l'Abbaye at 1:50pm. A close fourth in the Nunthorpe at York in August despite having a nightmare trip throughout the race, he was bitterly disappointing next time out at the Curragh.
