Tip 2 - 3:15 Huntingdon - Bold Endeavour
Bold is probably appropriate for this pick, given he’s not won since January 2023 and is running for the first time since January last year. However, I think it’s worth taking a chance on a veteran who has run to a much better standard than today’s race before. Previous winner from a mark of 139 and competitive in Graded company at the Cheltenham Festival a couple of times. Today’s mark of 130 seems fair given his barren run, but this is his first run back with Nicky Henderson, which piques my interest.

Robert Tyner’s Better Times Ahead looks like a horse on the up. He won off his lower hurdle mark on seasonal debut at Fairyhouse in November before returning there later that month to win the Porterstown by a neck. What is the Staking Plan and How Does a 1pt Win System Work?
We advise each bet as a win single or sometimes as an each way single. You can of course choose to combine the selections in a multiple bet, a Lucky 15 or a Yankee etc and that is a very popular way to follow the horses selected in this column daily.
A 1pt win per horse is advised in general and that means whatever your normal stake is for a bet is used as a point. For many this is £1 and for some this is £10 or more but it is totally relative to the individual and shouldn’t be more than you can afford to lose at any time.
For each way selections we advise a 0.5pt each way stake. So as with the win selections this would be a £1 total bet (50 pence each way) or a £10 total bet (£5 each way).
