The fixtures for the new season have been released and Manchester City remain favourites to reclaim the Premier League title from champions Liverpool.

Pep Guardiola's side may have finished a whopping 18 points behind runaway winners Liverpool last term, but online bookmakers expect City to hit back in 20/21 and claim a third Premier League crown under the Spaniard.

City impressed post-lockdown, winning eight of their ten games, and they are odds on at 10/11 with Betfair and Paddy Power to win a third Premier League title in four years, while they are best-priced at 21/20 with 888Sport and Unibet to take the spoils come next May.

Liverpool, who are still celebrating their first league success in 30 years, now face the difficult task of retaining the title and Jurgen Klopp's men have slightly drifted out in the betting to make it back-to-back Premier League wins.

The Reds are generally 7/4 in the market with BetVictor to retain their crown with the Anfield outfit best-priced at 15/8 with Betfair and Paddy Power to finish top of the pack again next season.

Manchester United are third favourites in the market to win the league and a title challenge will be expected at Old Trafford this season after showing major improvements under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Old Trafford side are 8/1 with Betfair and Paddy Power to win their first Premier League crown since 2013 with Betway offering the standout odds of 11/1 for United to go all the way in the 2020/21 campaign.

Chelsea have also been well backed to win the title as they look to build on Frank Lampard's encouraging first season in charge last term.

The Blues boss has been backed in the transfer market with the additions of Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech and the promise of more to come and Chelsea are a best price of 16/1 with Betway to finish top next season.

Tottenham come next in the betting with the North London club as big as 50/1 across most betting apps to give Jose Mourinho his fourth Premier League title success.

North London rivals Arsenal are also a 50/1 shot to pull off a surprise title win next season with the Gunners being as big as 80/1 a few weeks ago before Mikel Arteta guided them to FA Cup glory last season.

Leicester City, who ultimately fell short of finishing in the top four last season after looking certainties at one point, are as big as 200/1 with BetVictor and Betway to once again go all the way next season under Brendan Rodgers.
