Utah Jazz (14%)

The Utah Jazz finished with the worst record in the NBA, giving them a tie for the best chance to land the No. 1 overall pick at 14%.

Washington Wizards (14%)

Charlotte Hornets (14%)

The Charlotte Hornets finished with the third-worst record, giving them a tie for the best chance to land the No. 1 overall pick at 14%.

New Orleans Pelicans (12.5%)

The New Orleans Pelicans had a bust of a year, but they now have a 12.5% chance of getting first overall.

Philadelphia 76ers (10.5%)

The Philadelphia 76ers were the biggest disappointment in the NBA, but they do have a 10.5% chance of getting first overall. It is worth noting the Sixers will trade owe this pick to the Oklahoma City Thunder if it falls out of the top 6, due to a previous trade from 2020.

Brooklyn Nets (9%)

The Brooklyn Nets had the sixth-worst record and therefore have a 9% chance of getting No. 1 overall.

Toronto Raptors (7.5%)

The Toronto Raptors have a 7.5% chance of getting the No. 1 overall pick.

San Antonio Spurs (6%)

The San Antonio Spurs have a 6% chance of winning the No. 1 overall pick.

Phoenix Suns (3.8%)

The Phoenix Suns have a 3.8% chance of winning the No. 1 overall pick. However, this pick now belongs to the Houston Rockets.

Portland Trail Blazers (3.7%)

The Portland Trail Blazers have a 3.7% chance of getting the No. 1 overall pick.

Dallas Mavericks (1.8%)

Chicago Bulls (1.7%)

The Chicago Bulls lost to the Miami Heat in the NBA Play-In and didn't make the playoffs, but they have a 1.7% chance of getting the No. 1 overall pick.

Sacramento Kings (0.8%)

The Sacramento Kings lost their NBA Play-In game to the Dallas Mavericks and fell out of playoff contention, giving them a 0.8% chance to win the No. 1 overall pick. The Kings previously traded this pick to the Atlanta Hawks in the Kevin Huerter trade, but will keep it if they move into the top 4 in the draft lottery.

Atlanta Hawks (0.7%)

The Atlanta Hawks made the NBA Play-In but lost to the Orlando Magic and Miami Heat and were knocked out of playoff contention, giving them a 0.7% chance of getting the No. 1 overall pick. It is worth noting that the Hawks previously traded this pick to the San Antonio Spurs in the Dejounte Murray trade.
