Mark Andrews Trade Deadline Odds: Bucs, Broncos Could Add Veteran TE

Promo Code: BOOKIES
With the NFL trade deadline coming up on Nov. 4, several big names across the league are expected to be on the move. One of those players could be former All-Pro tight end Mark Andrews of the Baltimore Ravens, who is on an expiring contract. Through the first eight weeks of the season, the Ravens are currently not in a playoff position. If the team feels like they would be better off trying again next season and trading off several veterans, such as Andrews, to acquire draft capital, the long-time Raven could be on the move.
With Andrews potentially being moved, Bookies.com oddsmaker Adam Thompson has put together hypothetical betting odds for what his next team could be following the trade deadline.
| Team | Odds | Implied Probability |
|---|---|---|
| Baltimore Ravens | -105 | 51.2% |
| Tampa Bay Buccaneers | +550 | 15.4% |
| Denver Broncos | +600 | 14.3% |
| Chicago Bears | +700 | 12.5% |
| Los Angeles Chargers | +950 | 9.5% |
| Jacksonville Jaguars | +1200 | 7.7% |
| The Field | +1150 | 8.0% |

Baltimore Ravens (-105)
Although the Ravens are currently not in a playoff spot, the oddsmakers view them as possible to still win a weak AFC North division with a strong second half of the season. If QB Lamar Jackson is healthy, and if Andrews is not traded, it would give the Ravens a much better chance to make the postseason than if the long-time tight end were not on the team.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+550)
While Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton has done a nice job this season overall, he hasn’t caught a touchdown through the first half of the season. If the Bucs want to upgrade this area of their team, bringing in a proven vet like Andrews to install at tight end seems reasonable.
Denver Broncos (+600)
The Broncos have Evan Engram as their starting tight end. He’s done his job so far this season, but this is a clear area to potentially upgrade for the Broncos, and Andrews would qualify as an upgrade.

Chicago Bears (+700)
Bears tight end Cole Kmet came into the season as one of the top tight ends in the NFL, but he has struggled this season, and the Bears should consider upgrading this position with someone like Andrews, who has shown for eight years that he is one of the top tight ends in the league.
Los Angeles Chargers (+950)
Chargers TE Oronde Gadsden II has had a very good season so far, so the Chargers may look to upgrade other positions first. But if they were to acquire Andrews, it would give QB Justin Herbert yet another weapon to catch his passes as the Chargers make a playoff push.
Jacksonville Jaguars (+1200)
The Jaguars have two tight ends in Hunter Long and Johnny Mundt, who have not had great seasons so far. There is a clear opportunity to upgrade the TE position here, and picking up a former Pro Bowler like Andrews would make a lot of sense for the Jags.
The Field (+1150)
Andrews' best years ae behind him, but he’s a proven veteran at the tight end position who has had a long and solid career in the NFL. That’s why the field is a viable option for him, as other teams will certainly call the Ravens and check in to see his availability in a trade.
