Another year, another display of greatness from Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid, and the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Chiefs just won their third Super Bowl championship in five seasons and took the AFC West division title for the eighth year in a row. Unlike some Chiefs title teams of the past, this one was actually led by a defense that allowed the second-fewest points and yards in the NFL in 2023.
The team didn’t do much in free agency, meaning external improvements must come from the 2024 NFL Draft.
Bookies.com veteran oddsmaker Adam Thompson has used his resources of NFL contacts developed over 20 years covering the league and the NFL Draft to create his hypothetical NFL futures odds on who gets selected 32nd by the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2024 NFL Draft.

2024 KC Chiefs NFL Draft Prospects
The Chiefs ranked a modest 15th in scoring in 2023, but it still led to another championship for Mahomes and the Chiefs. The major off-season move was the re-signing of DE Chris Jones, one of the premier pass-rushers in the NFL. They also added WR Marquise Brown, giving KC a much-needed top target after last season’s litany of errors by the receiving corps.
There’s still room for new faces in the WR room. Rahsee Rice emerged in 2023 but he was the only Chiefs wideout to rank inside the Top 80, per Pro Football Focus. Brown is a nice addition, but even he was only 67th.
Malik Nabers of LSU, Marvin Harrison Jr. of Ohio State, and Rome Odunze of Washington will be long gone by No. 32. comes up. Brian Thomas Jr. of LSU isn’t likely to be there, either.

But there are as many as four other WRs who could be first-rounders, led by Adonai Mitchell of Texas.
Ladd McConkey of Georgia, Troy Franklin of Oregon, Malachi Corley of Western Kentucky, and Xavier Worthy of Texas could be in the mix. The Chiefs could use some size, and the 6-2, 205-pound Mitchell has it, more so than the other prospects.
If Oklahoma tackle Tyler Guyton is still on the board at No. 32, the Chiefs are not in a good spot at the OT position. He’s one of several tackles KC could consider if still around at the end of the first round.
