After tough home losses on Thanksgiving, the Cowboys and the Saints will try to snap their losing streaks on Thursday Night Football. The Cowboys have lost three of their last four games, all against AFC West opponents. Meanwhile, the Saints have lost four straight games as their defense has struggled to get stops.

With both teams having playoff aspirations, which one will get back on track and get a much-needed win in prime time? To get you ready for this NFC matchup, here is everything you need to know from an NFL betting perspective going into Week 13.

Take a look at Cowboys vs Saints odds, injury report, betting lines and more.

Cowboys vs. Saints Matchups

Cowboys WR Amari Cooper vs. Saints CB Marshon Lattimore: Cooper is back after missing the last two games with COVID-19 and he will be immediately tested by one of the league’s best cornerbacks in Lattimore.

Cowboys RT La’el Collins vs. Saints DE Cameron Jordan: Starting RT Terence Steele is out due to COVID-19 and it will be up to Collins to stop the best defensive player for the Saints.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara vs. Cowboys LB Leighton Vander Esch: The linebackers for the Cowboys have struggled in coverage and Kamara should be back on the field in Week 13. This might be a game in which he catches double-digit passes for the Saints.

Cowboys vs. Saints Stats

11-4: The Cowboys are 11-4 against the spread in their last 15 games.

8-1: The Saints are 8-1 ATS in their last nine meetings against the Cowboys in New Orleans.

6.17: The Cowboys average 6.17 yards per play on offense, the most in the NFL.

2-4: The Saints are 2-4 ATS in their last six home games.

29.6: The Cowboys have the NFL’s No. 2 ranked scoring offense, averaging 29.6 points per game.

Cowboys vs. Saints Player Props

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott under 284.5 passing yards

Odds: -115 at DraftKings

The Saints have a talented secondary, so it would not be a surprise if the Cowboys tried to run the ball and shorten this game. Prescott is averaging less than 280 passing yards per game over the last month and without several of his top receivers, he could be in for another tough day on Thursday.

Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb over 60.5 receiving yards

Odds: -115 at DraftKings

With Amari Cooper and Cedrick Wilson likely out for this game, take CeeDee Lamb to go over 60.5 receiving yards as he should be Prescott’s No. 1 weapon in the passing game.

Saints QB Taysom Hill to score TD

Odds: +275 at DraftKings

Hill is expected to get the start at QB and is one of the most dangerous goal-line runners in the NFL. Look for the Saints to use him there when they get close to the end zone.

Cowboys vs. Saints Moneyline

The Saints are historically really good in New Orleans in prime-time night games. Their crowd usually can make a big impact in these types of games and they just find ways to win. But do they have the talent level on offense (even with Alvin Kamara) back in the lineup to win outright? Probably not.

However, the Cowboys can’t be trusted right now either considering their injuries and poor play over the last month. Stay away from this moneyline and instead take a look at the point spread for more value.

Cowboys vs. Saints Point Spread

The Cowboys are a touchdown favorite entering this Week 13 matchup with the Saints and that feels like far too many points. Dallas’ defense did not play well in Week 12, allowing over 500 yards of offense at home. While the Saints have been far from great on offense this season, they are expected to get back their All-Pro running back and their two starting offensive tackles.

It wouldn’t be surprising if they scored 24-27 points, which would certainly be enough to cover. This is one of the NFL spreads this week that is off as the Cowboys shouldn’t be more than a three-point favorite. Look for this game to come down to the final possession and most likely, the final kick. Take the Saints +6 (-110) on FanDuel and expect this game to be much closer than what sportsbooks believe. You can get the Saints +6 at the BetMGM Sportsbook, who are offering a $1,000 risk-free bet to new users who sign up with the BetMGM bonus code.

Cowboys vs. Saints Totals

The total for this game is set at 47.5 points, which feels about right considering how good the Cowboys can be on offense, but also how inconsistent they are on defense. Dallas also leads the NFL in penalty yards on defense, which allows opponents to move the ball up and down the field with relative ease.

If the Saints can score into the mid-20s as we expect, the over should have no problem hitting in New Orleans. Plus, the Cowboys will get back Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb this week and that will provide a big boost to the offense.

Take the Over 47.5 (-110) on DraftKings and expect a 28-24 type of game in New Orleans. Be sure to check out the top betting sites and best sportsbooks in the US to see any changes in the line or point total.
