The second game on Saturday will feature two of the best teams in the AFC. New England is currently the No. 1 seed in the AFC and they are trying to keep that spot to ensure home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.

Meanwhile, the Colts have really picked up things over the last month. However, they are in danger of not making the playoffs after a rough start to the season. At 7-6, they might not be able to afford another loss the rest of the way. Needless to say, this is a huge game for both teams.

To get you ready for this AFC matchup, here is everything you need to know from an NFL betting perspective along with our NFL picks going into Week 15.

Take a look at Colts vs. Patriots odds, injury report, betting lines and more.

Patriots vs. Colts Matchups

Colts WR Michael Pittman Jr. vs. Patriots CB J.C. Jackson: Pittman is the No. 1 receiver for Carson Wentz and he’ll likely be followed by Jackson, who already has seven interceptions this season.

Patriots WR Jakobi Meyers vs. Colts CB Kenny Moore III: Moore might be the best slot cornerback in the NFL and he’ll see a lot of Meyers here in Week 15.

Patriots RG Shaq Mason vs. Colts DT DeForest Buckner: Mason and the rest of the offensive line for the Patriots will have a tall task in stopping Buckner at defensive tackle in this game.

Patriots vs. Colts Stats

7-0: The Patriots are 7-0 ATS and straight up in their last seven games.

6-2: The Colts are 6-2 straight up in their last eight games.

8-0: The Patriots are 8-0 against the Colts in their last eight games.

5.1: The Colts are averaging 5.1 yards per carry, which is the most in the NFL.

15.4: The Patriots have the No. 1 ranked scoring defense, allowing just 15.4 points per game.

Patriots vs. Colts Moneyline

It’s hard to believe, but the Patriots are actually moneyline underdogs in this game. They have the best record in the AFC and the No. 1 ranked defense. On top of that, they’ve historically dominated the Colts (8-0 in their last eight games) and Bill Belichick’s team is coming off a bye week.

With a ton of time to prepare for this game, it just doesn’t feel likely that they will slip up here. Take the Patriots +120 on DraftKings to pull off the “upset” in Indianapolis in Week 15.

Patriots vs. Colts Point Spread

This is one of the NFL spreads this week that doesn’t quite make sense. The Colts are 2.5 point favorites in this game against the No. 1 ranked defense in the league. It’s hard to understand why the Patriots wouldn’t be favored or why this line isn’t a pick’em on most sportsbooks.

New England is a perfect 7-0 ATS in their last seven games with their last failed cover coming against the Cowboys in overtime. We like them to win outright, but taking them on the point spread at +2.5 is an even better value. Take the Patriots +2.5 (-110) on FanDuel or on your favorite betting apps and expect this to be a field goal game in favor of New England on Saturday evening.

Patriots vs. Colts Totals

Both of these teams love to play the same brand of football. They want to take the air out of the football and run the ball 35 or more times. They rely on their defense and special teams to keep the score down. That likely means this game is going to be fairly low-scoring with field goal kicking likely deciding the game.

Look for this to be 23-20 type of game in Indianapolis. For that reason, take the Under 45 on BetMGM (-110) or on any one of your favorite betting sites in this matchup.
