The first week of December is always one of my favorite football weeks of the season. Not only do we have college championships, but we have a ton of games with playoff implications in the NFL betting world.

In addition, there are several quality divisional matchups and big-time contests against conference rivals. That should lead to another wild and fun daily fantasy sports (DFS) slate. If you're looking to bet on sports this NFL weekend, the FanDuel promo code is offering bettors in legal states at least a $1000 risk-free bet, with some states receiving even more.

So without further ado, let's get into our favorite stacks and plays for Week 13!

Best Week 13 DFS Stacks

Buccaneers QB Tom Brady ($7,200) and WR Mike Evans ($6,700)

Evans has completely dominated the Falcons throughout his career. In his last matchup against Atlanta, he caught five passes for 75 yards and two touchdowns. And then there is Tom Brady, who loves nothing more than to face the Atlanta Falcons.

This is a more expensive stack than we are used to paying up for, but it will likely be worth it as the Buccaneers have the No. 1 scoring offense in the NFL this season. That's a bad matchup against one of the league's worst defenses.

Colts QB Carson Wentz ($6,100) and WR Michael Pittman Jr. ($5,700)

Wentz is coming off one of the best fantasy games of the season as he threw for over 300 yards and three touchdowns against the Buccaneers. This week, the Colts will face the Texans in Houston and this should be a big performance by Wentz.

Consider stacking him with Michael Pittman Jr., who saw ten targets in Week 12. While he wasn't overly productive, he is still seeing a ton of targets and is the preferred red-zone option for Wentz.

Check out Texans vs. Colts odds, injury report, betting lines and more.

Raiders QB Derek Carr ($6,000) and TE Foster Moreau ($2,700)

With Darren Waller likely being out this week due to a knee injury, Foster Moreau is an excellent option at tight end for only $2,700. In his last start (without Waller), Moreau caught six passes for 60 yards and scored a touchdown. He is among the most athletic tight ends in the NFL and it's clear that he has chemistry with Derek Carr. While his ceiling isn't as high as Waller's, he could be in for an excellent day against Washington on Sunday.

As for Carr, he currently leads the NFL in passing yards and has been a low-end QB1 for most of the season. He’s averaged just under 20 DFS points per game, but has had six games over 23 DFS points this season. Look for him to have another solid day against one of the league’s worst pass defenses.

If you are going to pay up for a running back this week, the first choice has to be Joe Mixon of the Bengals. Over the last two weeks, Mixon has seen 58 carries and has rushed for 288 yards and four touchdowns.

This week, the Bengals will host the Los Angeles Chargers, who have allowed the most rushing yards and touchdowns in the NFL. Mixon should see another heavy workload and, with some luck, could get into the end zone multiple times. It's also worth noting that Mixon’s recent play isn’t a fluke as he’s now averaging 25.6 DFS points since October 17. He’s about as consistent as it gets from the running back position this year.

After a slow start to the season, Antonio Gibson has been lights-out over the last three weeks. One of the biggest reasons why is due to Washington giving him a bigger workload. Over the previous three games, he's seen 81 touches and could be in line for an even bigger workload with J.D. McKissic likely missing Week 13 due to an injury. Gibson is a must-start RB2 this week against Las Vegas.
