Week 12 was an excellent week for us at Bookies.com as several of our picks had fantastic performances, such as Le'Veon Bell, Jarvis Landry and Allen Robinson. However, unless you had players like Chris Godwin, D.J. Moore, or Leonard Fournette on your roster, you likely didn’t cash.

Week 13 looks to be much tougher for DFS players because the Thursday Thanksgiving slate reduces the players available Sunday. It’s going to be tough to find value, especially at running back, with so few games on Sunday afternoon. Nevertheless, here are our Week 13 top DFS plays:

Best Week 13 DFS QB

Packers QB Aaron Rodgers ($6,500 on DraftKings)

Matchup: Green Bay Packers at New York Giants

Week 12 was arguably Aaron Rodgers' worst day of his NFL career. The Packers quarterback had 33 passing attempts, but just barely cleared 100 yards through the air as his team was blown out by the 49ers. Rodgers finished with 10.46 fantasy points, the third straight week in which he failed to score more than 13 points.

However, Rodgers should be in for a massive bounce-back week against the inept Giants defense in Week 13. The Giants have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks and have struggled to even stop passers such as Sam Darnold, Mitchell Trubisky and Josh Allen. Expect Rodgers to torch the Giants' defense in what should quickly turn into a rout.

Eagles RB Miles Sanders ($5,400 on DraftKings)

Matchup: Philadelphia Eagles at Miami Dolphins

Finding cheap running backs in Week 13 is tough but one of the players with the biggest upside this week is Eagles rookie Miles Sanders. He faces a Dolphins defense that has allowed the third-most fantasy points to opposing running backs. Against the Browns in Week 12, Cleveland’s running backs rushed for 143 yards and two touchdowns on just 29 carries. The Eagles might not run the ball as well as the Browns, but they might not have a choice with Carson Wentz banged up entering this contest.

It also doesn’t hurt that Sanders is becoming a bigger part of the offense, touching the ball at least 13 times in each of the past three games. With his increasing workload and very favorable matchup ahead, don’t be afraid of playing Sanders this week in DFS.

Best Week 13 DFS WR

Packers WR Davante Adams ($7,000 on DraftKings)

Matchup: Green Bay Packers at New York Giants

It has been a disappointing season for Davante Adams, who has missed a ton of time with a foot injury. Even when he has played, he hasn't produced anywhere near the level we saw in 2018. In seven games this season, Adams has cleared 60 receiving yards three times and has just one touchdown.

However, he should be in for a monster day on Sunday as he will face a New York Giants secondary that can't stop anyone. If you plan on playing Rodgers this week, place Adams in your lineup as well. Both should have a significant bounce-back weeks after struggling against the 49ers in Week 12.

Raiders TE Darren Waller ($5,500 on DraftKings)

Matchup: Oakland Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs

After an incredibly hot start, things have slowed down for Darren Waller over the last several weeks. He has now gone four games without a receiving touchdown or clearing 80 receiving yards. However, things might be changing for Waller as the Raiders will not have slot receiver Hunter Renfrow (rib injury) for their Week 13 contest with the Chiefs.

On Sunday, Waller will face a Chiefs' defense that has allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends. With Oakland’s defense struggling, expect Waller to see a ton of action in what could be a shootout. Given Waller's drop in price over the last few weeks, consider playing him in Week 13. Best Week 13 DFS FLEX

Jaguars WR Dede Westbrook ($5,000 on DraftKings)

Matchup: Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Jacksonville Jaguars

If you are going to pay up for a quarterback-wide receiver pairing, such as Rodgers-Adams, you will need to hit gold on a cheap flex play this week. One name who could return value in Week 13 is Dede Westbrook of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Westbrook has not had great numbers but both he and D.J. Chark could have monster games in Week 13 against the NFL’s worst pass defense, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. No team has allowed more fantasy points to wide receivers than the Bucs. Westbrook certainly can be streaky, but don’t be surprised if he and Nick Foles connect a few times downfield as we are accustomed to seeing.

Another positive for Westbrook is that he is starting to see more opportunities, receiving at least eight targets in four of his last six games. Assuming he gets the same type of target share this week, don’t be surprised if Westbrook exceeds 100 yards for the second time this season.
