The Eagles are surging at the best possible time, and the Giants are struggling to the extent they fired their offensive coordinator. We still see sportsbooks not preparing for a blowout with one of the tightest NFL spreads in Week 12.

Jalen Hurts continues to lead one of the league’s most dangerous rushing attacks, and the Giants come off yet another offensive disappointment. Two teams trending in the opposite direction – this late in the season – can offer NFL betting advantages with division rivals. Jason Garrett may be gone, but the Giants offensive line is still one of the league’s worst. Daniel Jones and Saquon Barkley might be in for a long day.

Take a look at Giants vs. Eagles odds, injury report, betting lines and more.

Eagles vs Giants Key Matchups

Eagles Run O vs Giants D: The Eagles have the second-best rushing offense in the NFL, and the Giants counter with the 22nd-best rush defense.

Darius Slay vs The Clock: Slay left last week’s win over the Saints with a concussion. He’s the Eagles' best player on defense, and if he can’t go will give the Giants a shot. The Eagles are significantly lighter behind Slay at cornerback.

Giants vs The Scoreboard: Getting the early lead over the Eagles is the best way to beat them. So far, it’s been the only way to beat them. Philadelphia is 31st in the NFL in passing YPG, as they’ve lost games where Hurts has been forced to throw.

Eagles vs Giants Key Stats

3/4: There’s a slight advantage in making NFL picks if you apply how each team is currently trending. The Eagles are one of the hotter teams, winning three of their last four games.

7: Through ten games Daniel Jones has seven interceptions…

21: Even worse, he’s been sacked 21 times. The Eagles have 18 as a team through 11 games.

618: Jalen Hurts leads the Eagles with 618 rushing yards. Hurts is averaging 5.4 YPC and 56.2 rushing yards per game.

8: Hurts has 8 rushing TDs this season – coming off a three-TD performance against the Saints.

4-2: The Eagles are 4-2 on the road this season, one of the better road records in the league. The Giants are only 2-3 at home.

Eagles vs Giants Moneyline

On the surface, the Giants are in such disarray that it’s hard to justify a bet on them – other than the plus-money return. Their offense struggles to move the ball with an awful offensive line, and the defense was just lit up by the Bucs. Although online betting in New York is not live yet, if you're considering getting a legal bet down on the Giants elsewhere, it's a pass from us.

The Eagles are dealing with more injuries, but they created an identity where they beat up on bad teams. The physical play from the Eagles offensive line combined with the dangerous Hurts makes the Eagles a smarter parlay piece. Daniel Jones keeps turning the ball over faster than his wideouts. Kadarius Toney’s only shot is if Darius Slay sits.

Eagles vs Giants Spread

While there is some validity in betting sites giving the Giants a break with the hook at home, the line doesn’t reflect a recent Eagles rise. The Eagles have DeVonta Smith, Dallas Goedert, and one of the best rushing offensive lines in the NFL.

The Giants are 22nd overall in stopping the run and the pass, so equal opportunities for the Eagles to take advantage. This is a line that makes sense earlier in the season, but this late it’s an Eagles blowout. Take Eagles -3.5 (-110) at FanDuel.

Eagles vs Giants Total

The Giants come off a blowout loss to the Bucs and it still went under this number of 46 points. New York has a knack for getting destroyed while keeping the total score at a lower number. The under is 6-3-1 for the Giants, who stand the better chance of losing this game.

The Eagles have gotten points off turnovers and special teams, which is certainly not sustainable. They also prefer to keep the game going on the ground and working the clock on longer drives. Take Under 46 (-110) at BetMGM.
