The San Francisco 49ers take a 10-game win streak into the NFL Playoffs and face a familiar foe, hosting Geno Smith and the Seattle Seahawks in a Wild Card Weekend matchup on Saturday.

The Niners swept the Seahawks during the regular season, winning 27-7 at home in Week 2 and 21-13 in Week 15. Seattle went 3-5 in the final eight weeks, sneaking into the postseason when the Lions beat the Packers in the Sunday Night Football finale.

The odds on NFL betting sites reflect the trends of both sides. Oddsmakers have San Francisco at -9.5 in the latest Seahawks vs. 49ers odds, with an Over/Under of 42.5 points.

Bookies.com NFL handicapper Adam Thompson – set to hit on over 60% of his NFL picks for a fourth-consecutive season – reveals his best bets and props for Round 3 of this NFC West rivalry.

Seahawks at 49ers Point Spread Pick

This spread has bounced between 9.5 and 10 points on sports betting apps during the week, a key number we want to be on the right side of. San Francisco is finally healthy on offense with its full array of weaponry, Brock Purdy seems like the real deal and the defense is the best in the league.

Seattle managed just one TD against the Niners in two games and it’s tough to imagine its defense keeping the Niners in check. Lock in San Francisco at -9.5.

Seahawks at 49ers Over/Under Best Bet

Rainy weather may play a factor in Saturday’s game. So, too, should a 49ers defense that ranks No. 1 in the NFL in fewest points and yards allowed.

The last four Seahawks games have all finished Under on betting sites. Points for both regular season games each finished at 34. It’s tough to expect more than that, which makes Under 42.5 a pretty good spot. We like the Under, though we like the other bets a little more.

Seahawks at 49ers Moneyline Pick

The 49ers are -500 on the moneyline, meaning it would take a $500 wager to win $100 in profit on a victory. Over 95% of moneyline bets coming into online sportsbooks have been on the Niners. Fading the public works in some cases, but in this one?

Seattle was the talk of the town when it beat Russell Wilson and Denver in Week 1, and was 6-3 and in first place in the NFC West at one point. Since then, the Seahawks have looked more like the team that people expected, and that’s not good enough to win. Sprinkle the Niners on the moneyline if you have the extra funds.

Best Seahawks at 49ers Player Props

George Kittle, Over 40 Receiving Yards + 1 TD

Odds: +230 at BetMGM ➜

Only the Titans allowed more yards to tight ends than the Seahawks, who gave up 1,115 of them, 65.6 per game. Kittle has averaged 78.5 yards in eight games vs. Seattle since his rookie season, including a 93-yard, two-TD game just a few weeks ago. Oh, and he’s also scored seven TDs the last four weeks as Purdy’s top red zone target.

Christian McCaffrey, Under 73.5 Rushing Yards

Odds: -105 at DraftKings ➜

Elijah Mitchell and Deebo Samuel returned to the 49ers lineup and took a chunk out of McCaffrey’s touches. He got 10 carries for 45 yards, his lowest totals for each stat since Week 12. In fact, in the five games all three of them have suited up so far, McCaffrey’s rushed for 33, 38, 39, 32 and 45 yards. Seattle stinks vs. the run through two of its three best performances against it came in the last three weeks.
