Buzz: The oldest college football rivalry south of the Mason-Dixon features two long-time combatants smarting after difficult losses. Carson Beck threw 3 picks in UGA's 41-34 loss at Tuscaloosa. The No. 5 Dawgs need to win out to have a shot at playing in the SEC title game (while hoping Texas and Alabama lose at least once.) Georgia (3-1) fixed most of its problems in the second half against Alabama, but it was simply too late after too many mistakes. The Tigers (2-3) were gutted by a 27-21 loss to Oklahoma after leading by 11 points in the 4th quarter. These teams are a combined 3-5 ATS. This number opened at 27 and tightened to 23.5. If Beck keeps it mistake-free and Kirby Smart has lots of films to show his offense this week -- the Dawgs will cover at home.
Best Bet: Georgia -23.5 (-110) at DraftKings
Clemson at Florida State, 7 p.m. (ESPN)

Tennessee at Arkansas, 7:30 p.m. (ABC)
Buzz: No. 6 Tennessee can smell an undefeated season. The Vols are coming off a bye after outlasting the host Oklahoma Sooners. The Razorbacks are still seeking respectability in the SEC but came up short against Texas A+M in Week 5. The Vols’ defense will determine the margin of victory in this one. Arkansas may be measuring its offensive output in feet, instead of yards. The Vols are 4-0 ATS, but the Razorbacks have also covered in 4 of 5 games. But Tennessee's defense will control this game. And look for lots of Dylan Sampson on offense for the Vols. We jumped on this number when it opened at 11 points. It has since swelled to 15. If that's your best number, lean on the under at 60.5 points.
Best Bet: Tennessee -11 (-110) at DraftKings
Michigan at Washington, 7:30 p.m. (NBC)
Buzz: Thanks to the new-and-improved Big Ten, we get a rematch of January's national championship game between No. 10 Michigan (4-1) and Washington (3-2) on the first Saturday in October. Washington has just 3 starters who played in the title game and got roughed up by Rutgers in its first B1G game last week. But has a 55% chance to win in the ESPN FPI. Kickoff was originally set for 9 a.m. local time but was moved into NBC's B1G prime time slot (7:30 p.m. Eastern, 4:30 local time). That helps Michigan immensely. Michigan opened with 3 straight games at home, including big tests against Texas and USC. Coach Sherrone Moore gets a major road test here after a scary close call at home against Minnesota. But Michigan's running game will set the tempo here. And do its best to keep the hometown team off the field.
Best Bet: Michigan +2.5 (-110) at DraftKings
