YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul picked up another win this past weekend when he defeated boxing legend Mike Tyson at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The fight was viewed by over 60 million households on Netflix, making it one of the biggest sporting events ever. It was far from a great fight, but it is undeniable Paul is a star and people will tune in to watch him fight.

In fact, according to Bookies.com reporter Bill Speros, who spoke to senior trader Alex Rella of BetMGM, Paul vs. Tyson was the most bet fight (boxing and MMA) of all time. Whether you like him or not, there is an appetite to watch Paul compete, and his next fight will surely be massive.

With Paul improving his professional boxing record to 12-1, Bookies.com veteran oddsmaker Adam Thompson has put together hypothetical betting odds for who Paul will fight next.

Breaking Down the Most Likely And Wildest Opponents

Canelo Alvarez (+350)

Alvarez is still one of the top pound-for-pound fighters in the world of boxing. He would be a heavy favorite to defeat Paul, but it would still be a big-money fight given that so many people don’t like Paul and would love to see him get knocked out, which would be a real possibility if he took on Alvarez, one of the best boxers in the world.

KSI (+500)

KSI is another YouTuber/influencer type who has made big money in the world of boxing, and he also fought Jake’s brother Logan Paul twice. There have been rumors of KSI fighting the other Paul brother, and this is one of the fights that seems to make the most sense to happen. KSI vs. Paul would also be one of the most competitive fights that could realistically happen.

Tommy Fury (+550)

Fury is the lone man to defeat Paul in boxing, having picked up a split decision win over him in 2023. Fury is taking on former UFC fighter Darren Till in a boxing match in early 2025, and should Fury win that fight, a rematch with Paul is very possible.

Floyd Mayweather (+750)

Mayweather is one of the biggest combat sports superstars of all time, and although he is retired as a pro boxer, he could potentially make a comeback to take on Paul in a super fight.

Conor McGregor (+800)

Immediately after beating Tyson, Paul called out UFC superstar Conor McGregor to a boxing match. These two have been connected in the past, but the complicating factor is that McGregor is under UFC contract. Considering UFC president Dana White’s disdain for Paul, it seems unlikely he will let McGregor go to boxing and fight Paul, but you can never say never. If there is a big enough appetite for the fight, perhaps White would make an exception, like when he let McGregor box Floyd Mayweather.

Gennadiy Golovkin (+1000)

Golovkin has been an elite boxer for years but he hasn’t fought in over two years since he lost to Alvarez. Perhaps Paul could coax GGG into a comeback to fight him for a huge payday.

Jorge Masvidal (+1250)

Masvidal is a former UFC star who recently announced he wants to make a comeback to the cage. Instead of fighting in MMA, though, perhaps he could be Paul’s next opponent. It makes sense, given Paul typically fights older, ex-MMA fighters instead of prime boxers.

Ryan Garcia (+1500)

Garcia is one of the biggest names in boxing but he was suspended after testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs following his win over Devin Haney earlier this year. Garcia is a far superior boxer to Paul, and he weighs far less, but there is no doubt this would be a huge fight if it ever happened.

Nate Diaz (+1800)

Diaz fought Paul in 2023 and the fight went the distance. Diaz has called for the rematch and there is always a chance these two could tango once again.

Antonio Brown (+2500)

Brown, the former NFL star wide receiver, has a big mouth and would make for an intriguing opponent for Paul despite the fact he has never stepped into the squared circle yet.

Joe Rogan (+3500)

The UFC commentator and podcast phenom Rogan is not a fan of Paul, so fans would surely love to see this, but given Rogan has never competed in a professional combat sports match, this seems like a pipe dream.

Other (+1200)

There are plenty of other athletes who would want to step into the ring and make a big payday against Paul, so the other option is always a serious contender to fight Paul next.
