Chelsea had a 2022/23 season to forget. They started with Thomas Tuchel in charge before the club's new ownership decided to go in a different direction. Graham Potter replaced the German but lasted just a few months at Stamford Bridge, with the season ending badly with Frank Lampard in caretaker charge.

Now the London club go into the 2023/24 season with fresh optimism after the hire of Mauricio Pochettino. The former Tottenham Hotspur manager will be targeting the Premier League title, and Chelsea don't have any European distractions, which makes their task a little easier.

Some of the best new betting sites have betting odds for Chelsea achieving a multiple combination of trophy wins, with punters able to back them to win certain pieces of silverware. Pochettino is currently reshaping his squad, although we should expect the Blues to be competitive on three different fronts next season.

Can Chelsea Compete for the Premier League Title?

Chelsea have been given an outside chance of Premier League title success this season by the bookmakers. It might well be the case that Mauricio Pochettino needs a season to develop his team and implement his own ideas, while we know that the division is highly competitive and Manchester City are difficult to knock off their perch.

However, without the distraction of the Champions League nor indeed the Europa League or Europa Conference League, the best betting apps certainly feel as though Chelsea can be among the front-runners domestically.

The best cash out betting sites have the London outfit at around the 12/1 mark to win the Premier League title next season, and Pochettino has inherited a squad full of quality players, with Reece James and Ben Chilwell hoping for injury-free campaigns, although we have seen a big exodus of players including Kai Havertz, Mason Mount, N'Golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic.

Chelsea 66/1 to Land Domestic Double This Season

Mauricio Pochettino famously never won any silverware with Tottenham Hotspur despite being successful with the north London club, although the Argentine will be focused on securing at least one trophy next season. This might not come in the form of the Premier League crown, although perhaps Chelsea can either secure the FA Cup or EFL Cup instead.

Two seasons ago, Thomas Tuchel steered the team to both of these finals where they narrowly missed out on landing each cup. Beaten on penalties by Liverpool on both occasions was cruel, although perhaps Chelsea can return to Wembley and land a domestic pot to keep the supporters and ownership happy.

You can get 66/1 that Chelsea land a cup double and they will certainly be able to focus hard on winning these competitions due to their lack of European involvement.

Bookies Not Anticipating Chelsea Winning Silverware

The fact that Chelsea are 2/9 not to win a trophy next season illustrates that they are highly likely to miss out on silverware according to the bookies. Although Pochettino might achieve success with the Blues over the coming seasons, the fans might have to be patient when it comes to winning things, especially with Manchester City, Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool expected to be competitive.

You can get 3/1 that Chelsea land at least one trophy and they have made some eye-catching signings already. Christian Nkunku could hit the ground running after his move from Leipzig, while we should expect several new faces who could give the Blues fresh impetus in their quest to be successful again.
