During the first two months of the season, it really looked like the Raiders were going to overtake the Chiefs in the AFC West. They started the season off at 5-2 with impressive wins over the Ravens and the Steelers. The Chiefs couldn’t have gotten off to a worse start, going 3-4 in their first seven games.

But since then, these two teams are trending in opposite directions, and NFL Week 14 odds reflect that. The Raiders have lost four of their previous five games with their only victory coming against the Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day. Meanwhile, the Chiefs have won five-straight games as their defense has been outstanding. Can they continue their win streak on Sunday with another win over the Raiders?

To get you ready for this AFC West matchup, here is everything you need to know from an NFL betting perspective along with our NFL picks going into Week 14.

Take a look at Chiefs vs Raiders odds, injury report, betting lines and more.

Top Raiders at Chiefs Matchups

Raiders WR Hunter Renfrow vs. Chiefs CB L’Jarius Snead: Renfrow has recorded back-to-back 100-yard games for the first time in his career. Look for him to have a big role on Sunday with Darren Waller’s status still up in the air.

Raiders RT Brandon Parker vs. Chiefs DE Melvin Ingram: Parker has been one of the league’s worst right tackles all season and Ingram has played better each week with the Chiefs. Ingram should have a big impact in this contest.

Chiefs RT Austin Wylie vs. Raiders DE Maxx Crosby: Crosby totaled 13 pressures in his last matchup against the Chiefs. Will he have another big day on Sunday with Wylie playing right tackle once again?

5 Key Raiders vs. Chiefs Stats

21.6: The Chiefs have the No. 8 scoring defense, allowing just 21.6 points per game.

1-7: The Raiders’ record in their last 8 games against the Chiefs.

3-10: The Chiefs’s record ATS in their last 13 games against AFC opponents.

-38: The Raiders’ point differential this season despite a record of 6-6.

7.1: Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes’ average yards per attempt, which is the lowest of his career.

Raiders at Chiefs Player Props

Raiders WR Hunter Renfrow over 67.5 receiving yards

Odds: -115 at DraftKings

Renfrow has posted back-to-back 100-yard games for the Raiders. With Darren Waller likely out of the lineup, look for Renfrow to see double-digit targets in this contest.

Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes under 303.5 total yards

Odds: -115 at DraftKings

Mahomes had a huge game the last time these two teams played, but look for the Chiefs to utilize their rushing attack and pick their spots in the passing attack.

Patrick Mahomes’ longest completion over 36.5 yards

Odds: -110 at DraftKings

The Raiders play a ton of Cover-3 and that means big plays can come in the passing game. Don’t be surprised if Mahomes hits multiple passes over 40 yards in this game.

Raiders at Chiefs Moneyline

The Chiefs have had the number of the Raiders for years. Las Vegas did win a game last year in Kansas City, but that was more of a fluke than anything else. With the offense for the Raiders really sputtering over the last two months, it’s tough to believe that they will get back on track against a defense that has played really well over the last month.

On top of that, we just saw this matchup a few weeks ago in Las Vegas and the Chiefs won by 27 points. While that margin of victory will probably be much smaller this week, expect the Chiefs to still win by double-digits. However, PASS on the moneyline here as there just isn’t enough value on either side.

Raiders at Chiefs Point Spread

This is one of the NFL spreads this week that is all over the place depending on the sportsbook. The consensus line on this game is 9.5 in favor of the Chiefs, but the line is as low as 8.5 and as high as 10 on some betting sites.

We like the Chiefs to win, likely by 10 or more as the defense has just been so good this season. The offense is bound to have a big game soon as they did put up 41 against the Raiders just a few weeks ago. Take the Chiefs over at Caesars Sportsbook and expect the offense for Kansas City to finally put together a good game at home against a suspect secondary. Be sure to shop around for the best odds as they are drastically different depending on the betting apps you use.

Raiders at Chiefs Totals

The total for this game is set at 48 on most sportsbooks, and that does feel a bit low despite how well Kansas City has played on defense this season. The Chiefs do have a top-10 scoring defense, but this is a matchup in which points are usually scored in bunches.

Both Derek Carr and Mahomes are very comfortable playing against the opposing defense and will have no problem airing the ball out in this contest. Expect this to be a 34-24 type of game in Kansas City as both offense should be able to move the ball up and down the field. Take OVER on BetMGM Sportsbook and look for points to be scored early and often.
