When Taylor Swift embraced Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce on the field of Arrowhead Stadium after the AFC Championship Game Sunday, it was an all-too-familiar site for NFL fans.  Kansas City beat Buffalo, again, as well. 

The Chiefs are headed for their 4th Super Bowl in 5 years. They will try to become the first NFL team to win 3 consecutive Super Bowls on February 9 against the Eagles at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. 

Swift was there on the field at Allegiant Stadium after the Chiefs' 25-22 overtime win over the 49ers in Super Bowl 58. That embrace turned out to be just the beginning for the new couple and NFL fans everywhere.

The pop superstar has gone all-in on the Chiefs' for the past 2 seasons in support of Kelce. The could went public with their romance in 2023. Gossip, rumors and human nature remain fixated on the couple and their every move.

Swift ended her "Eras Tour" in Vancouver on December 8. She's since been a fixture with the Chiefs - save for their Week 18 game against Denver in which none of the team's key starters played. Swift had attended every KC postseason game going back to last season. She flew overnight overnight from a concert in Tokyo to attend Super Bowl 58 in Las Vegas.

Bettors have certainly noticed the Swift impact. Kansas City is 12-8-1 against the spread in games in which Swift was in attendance and 18-3 straight up. 

Meanwhile, for the diehards who follow all the celebrity mags, message boards, and gossip sites, there’s only one question – especially for those Swifties who have collectively decided that Travis is a worthy suitor, a “good guy” – when are these two going to tie the knot?

If Kelce and Swift are going to get engaged, expect it happen sooner rather than later. And it could well happen on Super Bowl Weekend, Super Bowl Sunday (February 9), or even on the field after the game. Or at the least by the end of August.

Fans of all ages have formed deep, personal connections with her music, much of which centers around past relationships, breakups, true love, and heartache. 

When two megastars from opposite ends of the entertainment spectrum collide, people care. A lot. So the question will continue to be asked of both of them until it is done or things fall apart. 

Will Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce Get Engaged?

The couple has been together for about 18 months. That would seem like a reasonable time for two people who are in their 30s - she's 34 and he's 35 - to decide whether this thing is worthy of a ring. 

With nothing on the books for 2025 that we know of, it would give the two time to plan things out and set a date that doesn’t conflict with either schedule.
