UFC on ESPN 13 Odds, Tips & 5 Betting Predictions to Back
Promo Code: BOOKIES
The UFC has officially come to Fight Island. After months or promotion and discussion, this past weekend the UFC finally landed on Fight Island with UFC 251. It was one of the marquee events of the year with three title fights and a plethora of other top-shelf matchups. But just because the UFC had a big event doesn’t mean it is resting on its laurels. In fact, quite the opposite. And that’s wonderful news for all fans of UFC betting.
Over the next 11 days, the UFC will hold three events on Fight Island, including Wednesday night’s card that will be broadcast on ESPN. It’s a less stacked event than Saturday’s affair but UFC on ESPN 13, otherwise known as UFC on Fight Island 2, features a handful of excellent betting opportunities as well as a potential Fight of the Year candidate in the main event scrap between Calvin Kattar and Dan Ige. Here’s where your money should go:
Fight Island UFC on ESPN 13 Odds & Picks

Cody Stamann over Jimmie Rivera | +120 Bet it at FOX Bet |
Molly McCann over Taila Santos by decision | +125 Bet it at bet365 |
Odds current as of publication
Dan Ige-Calvin Kattar Betting Tips
Calvin Kattar is one of the foremost action-battlers in the division, but he’s also a damn good fighter. That being said, so is Dan Ige. The latter is not the athlete Kattar is nor does he bring the same kind of violent offense, but Ige is scrappy and durable and has a lot of tools at his disposal, including a grappling game that could stymie some of Kattar’s offense. I wouldn’t suggest a heavy bet here, but Ige is going to make this fight closer than it looks on paper. Back Ige by decision at +600 with FanDuel.
Along those lines, we like a second bet on the main event. Kattar is an offensive dynamo and this is five rounds, which could ruin this bet, but Ige has never been stopped in his career and he has fought some stiff competition. Getting plus money on Ige being tough as a coffin nail is a good bet to back at +145 with PointsBet.
Ryan Benoit-Tim Elliott Betting Tips
God love Tim Elliott – the man nearly defeated Demetrious Johnson during the height of his reign – but his career has been in freefall practically since then. Following his failed title bid, Elliott has gone 2-4 and hasn’t won a fight since 2017. At his peak, he was a much better fighter than Ryan Benoit, but you’ve got to fade him at this point. Take the plus-odds with DraftKings.

Cody Stamann-Jimmie Rivera Betting Tips
Jimmie Rivera is a hard-nosed boxer who rose to prominence a few years ago due to a gaudy record. However, when Rivera got near the top of the mountain, he found himself outmatched by superior athletes and has lost three of his last four.
Cody Stamann is one such athlete. Add in the long layoff for Rivera, and I expect the grappling game of Stamann to carry the day. He should be a favorite, so plus-odds is excellent value, and you should grab them at FOXBet.
Molly McCann-Taila Santos Betting Tips
On paper, this should be a close fight, and the odds reflect that. But since her disappointing UFC debut in 2018, “Meatball” Molly McCann has looked better every time out. Santos is the better athlete and has physical advantages, but McCann bring an incredibly high pace and is going to outwork her over 15 minutes. Bet on her with bet365.
