It was close but no cigar once again for England, as they lost out in the semi-finals of the World Cup. With so much talk around the tactical decisions of Thomas Tuchel, there's bound to be talk about his future, despite the fact that his contract runs until the end of Euro 2028.

Howe Amongst Favourites After Leaving Newcastle

Eddie Howe is a name that has long been linked with the England job. When the time came to replace Gareth Southgate, he was among the favourites at football betting sites right up until Thomas Tuchel's appointment thanks to his work at both Bournemouth and Newcastle.

Would Pep Be Interested In England Job?

Pep Guardiola is another of the UK betting sites' favourites to become the next England manager. The former Man City manager is perhaps an unlikely candidate, given he's only just wrapped up his time at the Premier League club and may fancy some time off before going straight back into management. Anthony Barry A Popular Outsider
