Since getting traded to the Wizards, Middleton went from an aging, prolific-scoring SF for the Bucks to a totally broken non-factor in Washington. He sat for Wednesday’s win over the 76ers but should be back for this one vs. the Pacers, another team playing the second game of a back-to-back. He scored 15 vs. Indiana earlier this year and, despite his scoring issue has put in at least nine points in eight of 10.

The Rockets point guard is as streaky as it comes in terms of scoring. We backed him last week at a similar number and he managed 3 points in 38 minutes, and since then has scored 19, 37, 7 and 21. He’s been in the 3-5 assist range more often than not but skews higher in certain matchups. He faces the Jazz on Thursday, a team that allows the third-most points to the PG position at 25.7 ppg and the second-most assists (10.0). One way or the other, or both, Fred should make his mark in this game.

Wiggins has made Miami his home, especially on the offensive end. He’s scored at least 22 points in five of eight games this month, including 30 and 42 in two of the last three.
