With the 2019 NFL and college football seasons in full swing, PointsBet is using the massive amounts of interest generated by America’s move beloved sport to highlight its robust set of services and offerings to people all over the country.

PointsBet launched a free-to-play challenge called PointsBet Pick 6 earlier this month, a pick’em style promotion aimed at engaging with NFL and college football fans about their favorite sport. Weekly contest winners pocket up to $25,000.

"The PointsBet Pick 6 is just another way we continue to innovate for our customers," said Johnny Aitken, PointsBet USA CEO in the press release. "We want to continue to expand our clients' options and allow fans across the country to have access to our unique product offerings that help elevate sports and make the games even more exciting."

PointsBet’s Pick 6 Offers Both NFL and College Games

The PointsBet Pick 6 offers participants six matchups each week and asks players to correctly pick the winners and margins of victory. Players can choose each week whether to pick from a slate of six NFL or six college football betting games. That gives players the chance to bet on whichever slate of games they feel more comfortable about.

Unlike most pick’em style games, the prize pool is shared among all winners in the event of multiple weekly champions so there’s no reason to rush picks in every week as there is with other promotions that use time and date of entry to whittle down winners.

PointsBet Pick 6 is available to play all over the United States outside of Florida and New York. It’s a free chance to see how sharp you are about what happens on the gridiron.

PointsBet Continues to Grow as Global Brand

Originally launched in Australia two years ago, the PointsBet sportsbook entered the U.S. market in January 2019. The company’s rapid ascent over the last 10 months stateside is attributed to its heavy focus on bettor-centric offerings and top-of-the-line technology. The company went public in July with 37.5 million shares priced at $2 per share during the Initial Public Offering.

Their point of entry in the U.S. market came in January when PointsBet partnered with Meadowlands Racetrack to offer mobile betting in New Jersey. In April, PointsBet announced its first retail American sportsbook through a partnership with the Catfish Bend Casino in Iowa. PointsBet also plans to roll out that casino’s online platform.

Since garnering those two agreements, PointBet has gone on to strike similar agreements with Hawthorne Race Course near Chicago, and Tioga Downs in New York State.
