Rush Street Interactive became the ninth of 18 operators approved for licenses in Arizona to launch operations last month, bringing the Arizona sports betting marketplace one step closer to full strength.

The company, which operates the BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse brands, has a presence now in 12 states, including Arizona, Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.

RSI entered the Arizona marketplace thanks to its partnership with the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League, becoming one of eight operators to link up with a professional sports team in the state.
