Leg 1: I regularly fade Patrick Corbin, but the Tigers have been terrible vs. LHPs and the Rangers have been crushing, with July OPS’s of .867 vs. RHPs and .988 at home. Reese Olson has been strong for Detroit but doesn’t go deep into games and the Tigers pen has a 7.04 ERA this month.

Leg 2: Patrick Corbin has six strikeouts in three of his last four starts, going 5-6 innings in all four instances. He averages exactly in the middle of those two numbers at home. The Tigers in July are striking out 24.4% of at-bats, MLB’s fourth-highest mark.

Leg 3: Rangers center Kyle Higashioka has just four home runs on the season. But three of them have come in the last two weeks. He’s batting .355 in that span. Tigers starter Reese Olson has allowed just three HRs all season, but two in the last four starts and the Detroit pen has been struggling.
