Leg 1: Yuesi Kikuchi has been nearly unhittable at home, but a deeper look at the stat suggests a little luck, and he’s not going overly deep into games. The Mariners’ starter has been poor on the road and their bullpen owns a 5.35 ERA the last few weeks. These are the two highest-scoring teams the last 15 days and each should have opportunities here.

Leg 2: Angels starter Yusei Kikuchi is winless in 11 road starts. At home, it’s a different matter. In 10 games, he’s 4-1 with a 1.98 ERA. His strikeout and home runs rates are about the same, but with far fewer walks and hits.

Leg 3: Mariners starter Logan Evans has been mostly solid in the friendly confines of T-Mobile Park. On the road, it’s a different matter. In five road starts this season, he’s given up 4-6 runs in all but one of them. The Angels are 2-4 since the All-Star break, but have scored at least five runs in four of them. Evans hasn’t gone five full innings in two straight, but went at least five in all previous eight starts.
