Caitlin Clark enters her second season in the WNBA on a roll.
She is already the most-bet player to win league MVP honors at DraftKings, sports betting site. The desire to see Clark and her Indiana teammates play has hit a “Fever Pitch.”
The Fever at +350 is also the most-bet team to win the WNBA championship at that same book. The New York Liberty stands as the favorite to win the title and repeat as champions at +230. The Las Vegas Aces are tied with the Fever in the No. 2 spot.
Books have upped their game when it comes to WNBA betting in recent years. Clark helped the league set viewership and betting handle records last season.
The WNBA season begins on May 16. At home, Clark and the Fever play their first game a day later against the Chicago Sky. That game will air on ABC. In all, 43 of the Fever’s 44 games will be available either over-the-air, on cable/satellite, or via streaming on Prime Video. Their first road game against the Connecticut Sun will be played at TD Garden in Boston on July 15.

All Eyes Turn To Clark & WNBA Record Book
After Clark broke the WNBA preseason scoring record, Bookies.com Senior Handicapper Adam Thompson developed hypothetical odds projecting which records Clark has a chance of breaking this season. Here’s a breakdown of the single-season records Clark could set this season. ESPN has Clark ranked as the No. 4 player in the league entering the season. She is joined by two teammates, Kelsey Mitchell at No. 13 and Aliyah Boston at No. 21.
Caitlin Clark: WNBA Records to Watch
🏀 1. Most Assists in a Season
Current Record: 337 assists (set by Clark in her rookie season)
Odds: -125 | Implied Probability: 55.6%
Why It’s Possible: Clark already holds this record. With the WNBA expanding to a 44-game schedule and the Indiana Fever's roster improving, she has both the minutes and offensive help to surpass her own benchmark.
🏀 2. Most 3-Pointers in a Season
Current Record: 128 (Sabrina Ionescu, 2023)
Odds: -105 | Implied Probability: 51.2%
Why It’s Possible: Clark nailed 122 threes as a rookie—just six shy of the record. Four extra games this season and her high-volume shooting style make this record well within reach.
🏀 3. Best Free Throw Percentage in a Season
All-Time Leader: Elena Delle Donne – 93.7% career FT%
Odds: +750 | Implied Probability: 10.0%
Why It’s Challenging: Clark shot 90.5% as a rookie but never topped 90% in college. To lead the WNBA all-time, she would need to shoot approximately 97% this season — a historically elite mark.
🏀 4. Most Total Points by a Guard in a Season
Current Record: 939 points (Jewell Loyd, 2023)
Odds: +150 | Implied Probability: 40.0%
Why It’s Plausible: Clark averaged 19.2 PPG last year. To break the record, she'd need to average 21.4 PPG across 44 games. With her expected usage rate and floor time, it’s an attainable target.
🏀 5. Highest Points Per Game (PPG) by a Guard
Benchmark: Typically around 24+ PPG
Odds: +450 | Implied Probability: 18.2%
Why It’s a Stretch: Clark would need a significant scoring leap. Still, she’ll touch the ball on nearly every possession and could see an increase in shot attempts if her efficiency improves.
