The San Francisco 49ers need to keep winning to reach their playoff aspirations, but it won’t be easy as they host Josh Allen and the AFC East-leading Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football.

The 49ers (5-6) are in last place in the NFC West but enter Week 13 just one game out of the hunt for the final postseason spot in the conference. The Bills (8-3) hold a small lead over the Dolphins atop the AFC East.
