Steelers vs. Bengals Betting Predictions
Steelers vs. Bengals Point Spread
Pittsburgh may be winning games, but statically this has been one of the bottom teams in the NFL. The Steelers rank 29th in total offense and 31st in total defense, yet have beaten playoff-caliber Vikings and Patriots squads, covering the spread in the process. The Bengals are 0-4 without Joe Burrow, covering for the first time without him last week (losing by 9 at Green Bay at +14).
As Joe Flacco gets more comfortable in the Bengals offense, it’s possible that unit improves. But the lack of blocking, running game and a defense that ranks bottom-five vs. both the run and the pass isn’t worth backing. We’ll go Steelers -4.5 here.
Steelers vs. Bengals Over/Under
Neither offense has done enough to earn our trust. The difference in this game is, the Steelers have a defense that can shut down lesser opponents, and Aaron Rodgers can game-manage his way for a victory.
That means not a ton of points for the Pittsburgh, but fewer for Cincinnati. The Steelers’ last three games have totaled 35, 45 and 32. The Bengals won’t do their part. Back the Under as a solid secondary play.

Steelers vs. Bengals Same Game Parlay
1. Steelers -4.5 (-110): Cincinnati’s inability to run the ball is going to crater the offense, and Aaron Rodgers can do enough against a porous Bengals secondary.
2. Kenneth Gainwell, Over 2.5 Receptions (-142): Gainwell was great with Jaylen Warren out vs. Minnesota, rushing 19 times for 99 yards. He also had six receptions. When Warren returned last week vs. Cleveland, he had six more receptions. Gainwell has three-plus catches in four of five games, has the second-most targets and is tied with DK Metcalf with most receptions.
3. Noah Fant, Over 27.5 Receiving Yards (-113): Tight ends was widely used by Joe Flacco in Cleveland. Mike Gesicki was just put on the IR, so Fant becomes the beneficiary. He had four catches for 27 yards last week, but the Steelers rank 31st in yards allowed to TEs, at 71.8 ypg.
