Prime Video, FanDuel Launch Personalized NBA Bet Tracking in Landmark Streaming Deal

Prime Sports and FanDuel are teaming to integrate wagering into to NBA broadcasts on Prime Video, marking a significant step forward in the convergence of live sports and legalized wagering. But it won't include live betting directly on Prime Video.
The companies also announced that Prime Video’s exclusive NBA coverage will feature an opt-in personalized bet tracking system powered by FanDuel, giving fans a direct way to connect their active bets with the action on the court.
The deal, announced Tuesday, subsequently comes a day after DraftKings announced a multi-year partnership with NBC/Universal across its sports broadcast and digital platforms.
Importantly, Prime-FanDuel integration stops short of in-app wagering. Bets cannot be placed directly through Prime Video. Instead, the system is designed strictly for tracking and context, underscoring the broadcast’s focus on fan engagement rather than sportsbook functionality.
Both companies emphasized responsible gaming in a release announcing the deal. The feature is opt-in and can be disabled in Prime Video settings, in addition, it carries built-in safeguards to remind users of healthy betting practices.
Betting Integration: A First for Prime
The feature allows viewers to link their Prime Video profile with their FanDuel account. Once synced, active NBA wagers—including moneylines, spreads, totals, parlays, and props—will update in real time on the screen during live games. Viewers will see the status of their bets shift play-by-play, offering a dynamic layer of engagement that reflects the betting market’s constant movement.
Alongside personal bet tracking, Prime Video will introduce “Odds View,” an optional overlay showing a rotating feed of live lines and probabilities. The Odds View, meanwhile, highlights how teams and players are performing relative to the betting market, allowing fans to track moneyline swings, over/under totals, and popular prop outcomes in real time.

A New Era for NBA Streaming
The NBA on Prime tips off October 24, first with a Celtics-Knicks and then the Timberwolves-Lakers in a doubleheader. It’s the start of an 11-year global rights partnership that includes 67 regular-season games, the NBA Cup’s knockout rounds, playoff coverage, and select international showcases.
For sports bettors, however, the FanDuel integration signals a milestone. It brings wagering data directly into the broadcast environment—where millions already consume NBA action—without disrupting gameplay. As legalized sports betting continues to expand, meanwhile, Prime Video is positioning itself as the hub where streaming, betting, and the NBA converge.
