A busy year for sports data provider Sportradar continued this week as the company partnered with media outlet SportsGrid for a special new project.

SportsGrid’s streaming service will provide the first ever live, free 24-hour audio and video sports betting channel with data-based content geared specifically towards a wagering audience.

Number crunchers and stats nerds will need look no further than this ambitious project to deliver sports news and updates in an unprecedented manner from a fresh, new perspective.

New ad:s Service will be Featured

The partnership will heavily incorporate ad:s, a new service released by Sportradar which plans to provide “a host of marketing solution aimed at eliminating waste and streamlining bookmakers’ marketing spend” and allow for bookies to “a native opportunity reach the betting community through sponsorship of programming as well as targeted ad spends across video & audio inventory.”

It’s not known exactly how this product will reach viewers yet, though SportsGrid content can currently be seen on Amazon Fire TV, AppleTV, Pluto TV, Xumo, Xbox, iHeartRadio, TuneIn, Stitcher, and other platforms.

SportsGrid additionally owns subscription properties such as DailyRoto, RotoExperts and the FNTSY Sports Network and has officially partnered with the NBA, FanDuel and The Elvis Duran Group.

Sportradar Continues Media Expansion

It’s not the first time Sportradar has delved into the content streaming entertainment sphere as least fall the company partnered with Fox Sports to provide data-driven coverage of a variety of athletic events.

At the time Steve Byrd, head of global strategic partnerships at Sportradar, commented on the provider’s underlying goals and desires for sports marketing and entertainment.
