Jean Silva (-250) vs. Diego Lopes (+205)
The main event of Noche UFC is a five-round featherweight bout between Jean Silva and Diego Lopes. Silva is a -250 favorite, and I expect him to get his hand raised in this bout.
Silva is 28, and he is 5-0 in the UFC with five finishes. The Brazilian earned a UFC deal two years ago on Dana White’s Contender Series, and he has emerged as a serious UFC bantamweight contender in his five fights inside the Octagon since then. Silva has massive knockout power in his hands, and he also has submission ability on the ground. He is one of the most dangerous featherweights out there, and with a finish here, Silva could get a title shot.
Lopes is 30, and he is 5-2 in the UFC. The Brazilian lost on Dana White’s Contender Series in 2021, but he was able to land a UFC contract soon after, and since then, he has turned into one of the best featherweights in the sport. He has finishing ability both on the mat and on the feet, he is durable, and he has lots of high-level experience.
That being said, he does have seven losses in his career, so he’s not unbeatable by any means. Lopes is a terrific fighter, but he is taking on one of the most devastating finishers in the division in the form of Silva in this fight. This should be an amazing main event between two of the best featherweights in the world. As good as Lopes is, I do think that Silva can beat him.
Silva, to me, is the more dangerous fighter of the two, and I believe he can dictate whether this fight takes place standing or on the mat. Since it is a 25-minute fight, I do think there is a good chance Silva can even finish Lopes.
Give me Silva to win as a -250 favorite, and it wouldn’t surprise me to see him win by stoppage.

Rob Font (-135) vs. David Martinez (+114)
The co-main event of Noche UFC is a bantamweight bout between Rob Font and David Martinez. Despite being a +114 underdog, I favor Martinez to pull off the upset.
Font is 38, and he is 12-7 in the UFC. The American has been in the UFC since 2015, and he has been one of the best bantamweights in the promotion since then. Now 20 fights into his UFC career, Font is still fighting at a high level, having won his last two bouts. He is an incredible boxer who has knockout power in his hands, and he has tons of experience fighting against a high level of competition. That being said, he is getting up there in age, and he doesn’t have the best durability. Font is still one of the best bantamweights in the UFC, but it feels the downside of his career could hit anytime, and that could come here against Martinez.
Martinez is 27, and he is 1-0 in the UFC. The Mexican won a contract on last year’s season of Dana White’s Contender Series, and he won his UFC debut earlier this year with a brutal knockout win over Saimon Oliveira. Martinez has won his last eight fights in a row, and his only career defeat came via split decision. He is a tremendous young prospect who is a terrific striker, and he looks like someone the UFC wants to build into a bantamweight contender. This is a big step up for Martinez, but this fight with Font also represents an amazing opportunity.
This fight represents a significant step up in competition for Martinez, but I believe this is a test that he can pass. As good as Font is, he is also much older than Martinez, and at some point, his decline phase is going to come – it might be in this fight. I think this fight is going to be a hard-fought three-round bout, but I think Martinez can land more volume in this fight and win a decision.

Jared Gordon (-238) vs. Rafa Garcia (+195)
Another notable bout at Noche UFC is a lightweight fight between Jared Gordon and Rafa Garcia. Gordon is a -238 favorite, and I fully expect him to win this fight.
Gordon is 37, and he is 9-6, 1 NC in the UFC. The American first joined the UFC in 2017, and he has been a good soldier since then, always putting up good fights. He is a strong wrestler who has also developed knockout power later in his career. He also has great cardio and a sturdy chin. He has proven to be a top-25 lightweight in the UFC, and someone who it is hard to look good against. In this fight against Garcia, I view Gordon as the clear favorite to get the win.
Garcia is 31, and he is 5-4 in the UFC. The Mexican-American joined the UFC in 2021, and he has had a decent career since then inside the Octagon, holding a positive record. He is a solid grappler, and he is very durable as well. However, he has very little finishing ability, and he tends to get hit a lot on the feet, which could potentially become a problem in this fight.
Look for Gordon and Garcia to go the distance in this fight, as both men are very tough. However, I view Gordon as the more complete fighter who is the superior striker and grappler in this matchup, not to mention he has better cardio.
Take Gordon to win at -238, and look for him to win this fight by decision.
