Best Anytime TD Scorer Prop Bets for Cowboys vs. Bears

After a huge win on Monday Night Football, the Chicago Bears will take on the Dallas Cowboys in Week 8 in one of the more interesting NFL betting matchups of the week.
Justin Fields is coming off arguably the best game of his career and will now face the league's No. 1 defense. Dak Prescott should be even more comfortable after returning to the lineup last week against the Lions. That should make the Cowboys more explosive on offense, leading to more touchdowns. Who might find the end zone on Sunday?
Bookies.com handicapper and host of the Cowboys podcast "LockOnCowboys" Marcus Mosher gives his favorite anytime TD scorer prop bets on sports betting apps going into this Week 8 matchup.

Best Anytime TD Scorer Prop Bets for Cowboys vs. Bears
Cowboys RB Tony Pollard Anytime TD
Odds: -140 at BetMGM ➜
Ezekiel Elliott missed Wednesday and Thursday practices with a knee injury and is highly questionable to play on Sunday. Even if he does, this is a game where Tony Pollard should see most of the work in the backfield.
Pollard has scored just two touchdowns this season, but this will be his first start since Week 15 of 2020 (he scored two touchdowns in that game). Expect the Cowboys to give Pollard 16-18 touches and for him to get into the end zone at least once. Of all the players on the board, Pollard is the most likely to get into the end zone.
Bears QB Justin Fields Anytime TD
Odds: +235 at DraftKings ➜
The Cowboys have been excellent on defense this season, allowing only nine touchdowns. But one area where they struggle is containing mobile quarterbacks. That could be a problem against Justin Fields, who is averaging 52 rushing yards per game this season. Expect Chicago to design 10-12 runs for him in this contest and use him as a goal-line runner when they get near the end zone. He's a great bet to have at least one rushing touchdown in this game.
Cowboys WR Michael Gallup Anytime TD
Odds: +220 at DraftKings ➜
Gallup did not have a catch in Week 7 and offensive coordinator Kellen Moore said after the game that the Cowboys need to do a better job of getting him involved. Could this be a “squeaky wheel gets the grease” game for Gallup? He should have a big advantage on the outside, working against rookie cornerback Kyler Gordon. Look for Dallas to target Gallup early and often here in Week 8.
Bears RB Khalil Herbert Anytime TD
Odds: +290 at FanDuel ➜
Herbert continues to be blocked by David Montgomery in this backfield, but he does score touchdowns. He’s managed to get into the end zone four times this season on just 81 touches from scrimmage. He has an excellent feel for the end zone and has been a very effective short-yardage running back in his career.
If the Bears get multiple red-zone trips in this game, don't rule out the possibility of Herbert seeing goal-line work. Plus, he is arguably their most explosive player on offense and has scored some long touchdowns in his career.
Cowboys TE Jake Ferguson Anytime TD
Odds: +550 at BetMGM ➜
Last week, fellow rookie tight end Peyton Hendershot scored a one-yard touchdown for the Cowboys. On that same play, Ferguson was also open in the end zone. With Dalton Schultz still nursing a knee injury, expect Ferguson to play a ton in this game. And with the Cowboys using tight ends frequently in the red zone, don't be surprised if he gets an end zone target or two in this game.
