There’s a full round of tasty midweek EPL fixtures this week including Manchester United taking on an Arsenal squad still high off their 4-2 derby win over Spurs, leaders Manchester City heading south to face 10th place Watford and Chelsea taking on Wolves away. Read my analysis and betting tips for each game below:

Tuesday 4th December

AFC Bournemouth vs Huddersfield Town | 19:45

Bournemouth have lost their previous four matches but they should be expected to overcome Huddersfield at the Vitality Stadium.

Bear in mind that three of these defeats have come against Manchester United, Arsenal and Manchester City, with Eddie Howe wanting to stop the rot before games against Liverpool, Wolves and Chelsea.

Betting Tip:

  • Bournemouth 2 Huddersfield 0 - 15/2 at Bet365}

Brighton & Hove Albion Crystal Palace | 19:45

Palace are favourites to win this quirky derby fixture and the Eagles have looked strong in their previous two matches, serving it up at Old Trafford before a convincing win over Burnley.

They might have the edge over a Brighton side who are quietly accumulating enough points to avoid danger but are limited in terms of scoring ability.

Betting Tip:

  • Brighton 1 Crystal Palace 2 - 11/1 at Bet365

West Ham United vs Cardiff City | 19:45

The Hammers will look to follow up that excellent 3-0 win at Newcastle although it could be tough going against a Cardiff side going along nicely under Neil Warnock.

They came from behind to beat Wolves and will put up a stout defence considering they only conceded one at Everton recently.

Betting Tip:

  • West Ham 1 Cardiff 0 - 7/1 at BetVictor

Watford vs Manchester City | 20:00

Watford Manager Javi Gracia

Javi Gracia might consider this a good time to be facing a Manchester City side who have played a lot of football recently, although Pep Guardiola always has strength in depth.

We should see David Silva and Kyle Walker return to the team here, with Watford looking to keep things initially tight although they’re not in the sort of form to get anything from this clash.

Betting Tip:

  • Watford 1 Man City 2 - 8/1 at Coral

Wednesday 5th December

Burnley vs Liverpool | 19:45

It’s hard to oppose Liverpool against inferior opposition and they should put Burnley away with the minimum of fuss. The Clarets look like relegation fodder at the moment and they’ll look to get points from matches other than this one.

Betting Tip:

  • Burnley 0 Liverpool 2 - 23/4 at Sportingbet

Everton vs Newcastle United | 19:45

After a hard-working display at Anfield, the Toffees might be initially sluggish against the Magpies, although they look amongst the most defensively solid sides in the Premier League and can just about edge out Newcastle in this one.

Betting Tip:

  • Everton 1 Newcastle 0 - 6/1 at BetStars

Fulham vs Leicester City | 19:45

Fulham enjoyed a 3-2 win over Southampton after Claudio Ranieri took charge and they acquitted themselves well at Stamford Bridge, with the Cottagers capable of beating a Leicester side who are short of goals on the road.

Betting Tip:

  • Fulham 2 Leicester 1 - 11/1 at Bet365

Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Chelsea | 19:45

Wolves are in a slump and it won’t get any easier against a Chelsea side who have only lost once in the Premier League this season. The Blues purred to beat Fulham and can put away similar opponents.

Betting Tip:

  • Wolves 1 Chelsea 2 - 8/1 at BetStars

Manchester United vs Arsenal | 20:00

It’s tempting to side with Arsenal for this Old Trafford clash after such an emphatic 4-2 win in the north London derby although Manchester United will be pumped for this game and it could end honours even. We think a 1-1 draw is worth backing at one of the best new betting sites.

Betting Tip:

  • Man United 1 Arsenal 1 - 13/2 at BetVictor

Tottenham Hotspur vs Southampton | 20:00

Tottenham will be hurting after that pasting at the Emirates although they should still prove their class against a Saints team who showed initial promise against Manchester United before being pegged back. Back a 2-0 win at one of the best soccer betting sites.

Betting Tip:

  • Tottenham 2 Southampton 0 - 7/1 at BetStars
