Tip 1 - 2:10 Punchestown - Boedic

Consistent sort who has won two of last three starts chasing. Only loss of the three was in Graded company and now back in the calmer waters of a Class 3 should be difficult beat. Was pulled up last time out in a Graded hurdle but won a big-field Cheltenham handicap prior to that. Trainer has two winners and a second from last five to post so is in decent nick, and had the second in this race last year.

What is the Staking Plan and How Does a 1pt Win System Work?
We advise each bet as a win single or sometimes as an each way single. You can of course choose to combine the selections in a multiple bet, a Lucky 15 or a Yankee etc and that is a very popular way to follow the horses selected in this column daily.
A 1pt win per horse is advised in general and that means whatever your normal stake is for a bet is used as a point. For many this is £1 and for some this is £10 or more but it is totally relative to the individual and shouldn’t be more than you can afford to lose at any time.
For each way selections we advise a 0.5pt each way stake. So as with the win selections this would be a £1 total bet (50 pence each way) or a £10 total bet (£5 each way).
