Former Georgia Bulldogs QB Carson Beck is set to enter the transfer portal, meaning he will throw the pigskin for another school next year should he stay in college football.
There were expectations that Beck would declare for the NFL draft, but after suffering an injury late in the season, it appears he will go back to college football for one last year.
Bookies.com veteran oddsmaker Adam Thompson has put together hypothetical college football odds for Beck’s 2025 team should the quarterback indeed opt to enter the NCAA transfer portal.

Possible Landing Spots
According to Thompson, Florida State has the best odds to land Beck should he enter the transfer portal at +275 odds. Next up is Texas A&M, which has +350 odds to land Beck, followed by Auburn at +450, Miami at +750, and Oklahoma State at +800. Some of the long shots to land Beck include South Carolina at +900, UCLA at +1200, Ole Miss at +1500, and Indiana at +1800. There is, of course, also the chance another mystery team enters the field.
Beck played four seasons at Georgia, becoming a 2x CFP national champion as a backup QB before starting for two seasons for the Dawgs. Beck is a terrific quarterback prospect, but after suffering an injury in late 2024, it appears he will play one more season in college before making a potential move to the NFL.
