Cardinals vs Seahawks Betting Preview

We have a battle of NFC West rivals with identical 2-1 records on Thursday Night Football in Week 4 when the Seattle Seahawks battle the Arizona Cardinals. The Seahawks are -1.5 point road favorites for this matchup.

The Cardinals suffered a tough 16-15 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 3 for their first loss of the season. To make matters worse for the Cardinals, they lost RB James Conner to a season-ending injury.
