Don’t look now, but the Patriots currently lead the AFC East for the first time since 2019. They are on a five-game winning streak, with their last loss coming to the Cowboys in overtime. Over the last three weeks, the Patriots have allowed just 13 points and now have the No. 1 scoring defense in the NFL.

They are catching the Titans at the right time, as Tennessee is coming off a ugly Week 11 loss to the Texans and will be without both Derrick Henry and Julio Jones. But as we’ve learned over the last month, don’t ever count the Titans out under Mike Vrabel. These two teams have played in a lot of big games over the years and this one feels no different.

To help you with your NFL picks for this AFC matchup, here is everything you need to know from an NFL betting perspective.

Take a look at Titans vs Patriots odds, injury report, betting lines and more.

Titans vs. Patriots Matchups

Patriots LT Isaiah Wynn vs. Titans EDGE Harold Landry II: Landry has been one of the most productive EDGE rushers in the NFL. But Isaiah Wynn is healthy and has the athleticism to match him on the outside.

Titans WR A.J. Brown vs. Patriots CB JC Jackson: Jackson might be the NFL’s most underrated player as he is a turnover machine. Look for him to follow Brown in this contest.

Titans LT Taylor Lewan vs. Patriots EDGE Matt Judon: Judon has been fantastic this season, but Lewan matches up with him well. This should be a very physical battle on the EDGE.

Titans vs. Patriots Moneyline

Without Henry or Jones, the Titans just aren’t that explosive on offense. They have no run game to speak of, and their passing game has really struggled. It’s hard to envision them scoring more than 17 points in this game, which makes the Patriots a great bet on the moneyline at sportsbooks.

New England has had a ton of success over the Titans, especially at home. But this team isn’t quite as dynamic or as explosive as other Patriots’ teams in the past. This is likely to be a game that is decided by a field goal at the end, but feel confident taking the Patriots at DraftKings to get their sixth straight win.

Titans vs. Patriots Point Spread

After how dominant the Patriots looked over the last two games, there will be a ton of bettors taking the Patriots -6.5 on their favorite betting apps. And it does make sense considering how tough it is to play in New England, even when you are at full strength.

But Vrabel’s team is resilient and find ways to compete and beat really good teams. Will that happen again this week in New England? Probably not, but they can certainly keep this game within one score. Take the Titans +6.5 on Caesars Sportsbook and expect a 23-20 type of game in Foxboro.

Titans vs. Patriots Totals

With the Patriots having the No. 1 scoring defense, it’s not a surprise that this point total is low at betting sites. However, it’s a bit surprising that these NFL odds aren’t even lower. The Patriots are allowing only 16.1 points per game this season, but only 10 PPG in their last five contests.

Don’t be shocked if the Patriots hold the Titans to around 16-17 points in this game, but for the Titans to do the same on the other side of the ball. Neither of these teams are all that explosive on offense and this has all the makings of a field position game in New England. Take UNDER 44.5 on BetMGM and expect both teams to struggle to get to 23 points.
