Jadon Sancho’s odds of joining Manchester United in the summer have been trimmed to 5/1 with 888Sport.

With international game time expected this weekend, another shining display by the Borussia Dortmund winger could see this shorten further.

After an eye-catching breakthrough season in Germany, United sources are apparently going all out to sign the 18-year-old England starlet in the summer.

With Ole Gunnar Solskjaer likely to be given a summer transfer war chest if, as expected, he gets the job full-time, the online bookmakers have cut the odds of Sancho making a return to Manchester, two years after leaving rivals Man City.

A reunion with City is priced at 16/1, but a move to Paris Saint-Germain at 9/1 or to Premier League title challengers Liverpool at 11/1 are considered more likely options should he leave.

The 18-year-old has been in blistering form this season, scoring nine goals in 35 appearances, alerting interest from the top clubs around Europe.

An 888Sport spokesman said: “Jadon Sancho is one of the most exciting young players on the planet right now, and with speculation of a transfer to Man United increasing we’ve cut his odds on joining the Red Devils for next season.

“Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has worked wonders with the squad he’s got and he’s surely going to be backed by the board to rejuvenate this squad with a big transfer budget in the summer.

“We think Sancho will be top of his shopping list come the summer, and a huge weekend of England fixtures could play into his hands perfectly.”

Meanwhile, Zinedine Zidane's return to Real Madrid could spark a Premier League exodus this summer, according to Sportnation.bet.

Eden Hazard (4/9) is odds on to join Los Blancos this summer and the Belgian could be sold for a cut-price with his Chelsea contract expiring at the end of next season.

Twelve points from top spot, out of the Champions League and finishing a season with nothing to play for, Madrid will surely look to the summer transfer window to close the gap on rivals Barcelona.

Elsewhere, Paul Pogba (6/1) sent shock waves through Manchester this week, admitting it would be a dream to play for Real Madrid, while a move to sunny Spain for Christian Eriksen (2/1) and Harry Kane (6/1) would cause a similar meltdown in the white half of North London.

After impressing further in his first full season at Liverpool, Virgin Van Djik looks set to stay in the Premier League despite reported interest from Madrid, who are an outside chance at 25/1 to sign him this summer.

A Sportnation.bet spokesman said: "With the Premier League dominating the headlines in Europe this season, Zinedine Zidane and Madrid's riches have a whole catalogue of talent to choose from and the odds already suggest that in Eden Hazard, the first move is all but done."
