Tip 1 - 2:00 Leicester - Miakoda
Perhaps under the radar somewhat, Miakoda has won twice on flat over 7f this season and has also picked up two second places. A bit of a nothing effort last time out on all-weather has dropped his rating by 1lb, which could be useful considering the three-year-old usually fares much better on turf than tapeta.

Tip 2 - 2:15 Brighton - Rory Rocket
With a lot of these at the head of the market sitting on marks well above what they last won off it looks like a great opportunity for Rory Rocket to pick up his first win. He didn’t enjoy himself last time out, but back at a track where he ran well on debut could be the spark he needs to get his head in front. First time cheekpieces are tried today as well which could also bring about some improvement.

Tip 3 - 2:30 Leicester - Fordham Flyer
No one could have foreseen Fordham Flyer’s second run coming. Having finished 16 lengths back and last on debut in August, he made another debut for new trainer Philip Kirby three weeks ago and finished a close second at 200/1. Having appeared to be outpaced early, he showed a good turn of speed over the second half of the race. He beat the 77-rated Bravo Hotel into third, and if repeating the same race, he should go close again.

Tip 4 - 2:45 Brighton - Fai Fai
Fai Fai doesn’t jump off the page as a likely winner, having just two victories to his name from 43 career starts. His form figures here at Brighton are 34222 though, with the most recent of those efforts coming last time out. We went down by a nose that day despite an awkward start and gets to race off the same mark today. His apparent liking for this quirky track could make all the difference

What Are the Average Advised Odds of Our Tips?
We tip a minimum of 3 horses per day across the UK and Irish racing and the average starting price of our selections is a remarkable 4/1 over hundred and hundreds of tips this year.
What is the Staking Plan and How Does a 1pt Win System Work?
We advise each bet as a win single or sometimes as an each way single. You can of course choose to combine the selections in a multiple bet, a Lucky 15 or a Yankee etc and that is a very popular way to follow the horses selected in this column daily.
A 1pt win per horse is advised in general and that means whatever your normal stake is for a bet is used as a point. For many this is £1 and for some this is £10 or more but it is totally relative to the individual and shouldn’t be more than you can afford to lose at any time.
For each way selections we advise a 0.5pt each way stake. So as with the win selections this would be a £1 total bet (50 pence each way) or a £10 total bet (£5 each way).
