This should be a bit of a stamina test with the ground current good to soft, soft in places, and Personal best is a previous winner over 1m6f on soft ground so should have no issues with that. Tip 3 - 2:22 Navan - Ballintogher

Ballintogher showed some decent form in maidens for Kieran Cotter before making the switch to the Daniel Murphy yard. What is the Staking Plan and How Does a 1pt Win System Work?

We advise each bet as a win single or sometimes as an each way single. You can of course choose to combine the selections in a multiple bet, a Lucky 15 or a Yankee etc and that is a very popular way to follow the horses selected in this column daily.

A 1pt win per horse is advised in general and that means whatever your normal stake is for a bet is used as a point. For many this is £1 and for some this is £10 or more but it is totally relative to the individual and shouldn’t be more than you can afford to lose at any time. 

For each way selections we advise a 0.5pt each way stake. So as with the win selections this would be a £1 total bet (50 pence each way) or a £10 total bet (£5 each way).
