Tip 1 - 2:00 Yarmouth - The Feminine Urge

Won when last seen on the turf at Windsor, her preferred surface, and is up just one pound from the victory. Won from a pound higher at mark of 67 last year and should enjoy the conditions today. Five contenders behind her at Windsor in May have since gone in, with fifth, seventh, eighth and ninth home winning next time out. If in the same form as that victory, she should be hard to beat.

Tip 2 - 2:20 Doncaster - Luxmundi

Favourite Memory is rightly odds-on for this race after an impressive couple of runs to start her career, but she is worth taking on in the form of Luxmundi, who has also impressed in her fledgling career. The three-year-old is new to turf but ran well to finish third last time out, progressing from fifth in her first race, and experience over this distance could provide a much-needed edge over the market leader.

Tip 3 - 2:30 Yarmouth - Azleet

A great performance on debut from Azleet left her unlucky not to pick up a win. She fluffed the start and was left out the back with a lot to do and got about as close to the winner as could be expected. The winner has subsequently followed up next time out, so there is some substance to the form, which gives her a great chance today if she can improve out of the blocks.

Tip 4 - 2:50 Doncaster - Bearwith

Bearwith boasts an impressive career strike rate, with seven wins from 41 runs. He’s winless in his last 11, but there’s reason to be confident of a revival. The most recent of his wins came off a higher mark than today’s, and he was a close second over course and distance a year ago off 70. Now with a rating of 65, two runs this season should have him spot on fitness-wise, and he could get back into the winner's enclosure.

What Are the Average Advised Odds of Our Tips?

We tip a minimum of 3 horses per day across the UK and Irish racing and the average starting price of our selections is a remarkable 4/1 over hundred and hundreds of tips this year.

What is the Staking Plan and How Does a 1pt Win System Work?

We advise each bet as a win single or sometimes as an each way single. You can of course choose to combine the selections in a multiple bet, a Lucky 15 or a Yankee etc and that is a very popular way to follow the horses selected in this column daily.

A 1pt win per horse is advised in general and that means whatever your normal stake is for a bet is used as a point. For many this is £1 and for some this is £10 or more but it is totally relative to the individual and shouldn’t be more than you can afford to lose at any time. 

For each way selections we advise a 0.5pt each way stake. So as with the win selections this would be a £1 total bet (50 pence each way) or a £10 total bet (£5 each way).
