Tip 1 - 1:50 Southwell - Bay Dream Believer
Never quite taken to the all-weather surface from six runs, but this could be the perfect time to be catching Bay Dream Believer. She won each of her last three runs on turf last month and is rated six pounds lower on the all-weather than for that triumph. Claimer aboard last time out is back again to take another handy five pounds off. She could go nowhere again because of the surface, but if there’s to be a turnaround, conditions look perfect today.

Tip 2 - 3:30 Haydock - Lyra Lea
Lyra Lea claimed her maiden victory in just her fourth career outing last week, convincingly winning a Class 4 over 7f on all-weather. She’s finished second in both her runs on turf, most recently to an odds-on favourite, and clearly has all the tools to win at this distance so if she can keep her momentum going on turf then she’ll be hard to stop.

Tip 3 - 3:40 Lingfield - Sourdough
Sourdough has looked like a tricky customer on his appearances at the track so far in his career, so being gelded might be just what is needed to get the best out of him. His best performance did come at Lingfield over slightly shorter, and he was doing all his work late on. He could be on a handy mark if it all comes together today.

Tip 4 - 5:05 Laytown - Revenite
Twice a winner for Roger Varian earlier in his career, Revenite went off the boil before finding his way to Ireland. He’s yet to truly regain the spark he showed in his younger days, but it’s noteworthy that his best run for current connections came here at Laytown a year ago, finishing third over course and distance off a mark of 73. Now rated 60, he may well outrun his odds if ready to go after a nine-month break.

What Are the Average Advised Odds of Our Tips?
We tip a minimum of 3 horses per day across the UK and Irish racing and the average starting price of our selections is a remarkable 4/1 over hundred and hundreds of tips this year.
What is the Staking Plan and How Does a 1pt Win System Work?
We advise each bet as a win single or sometimes as an each way single. You can of course choose to combine the selections in a multiple bet, a Lucky 15 or a Yankee etc and that is a very popular way to follow the horses selected in this column daily.
A 1pt win per horse is advised in general and that means whatever your normal stake is for a bet is used as a point. For many this is £1 and for some this is £10 or more but it is totally relative to the individual and shouldn’t be more than you can afford to lose at any time.
For each way selections we advise a 0.5pt each way stake. So as with the win selections this would be a £1 total bet (50 pence each way) or a £10 total bet (£5 each way).

The best place is always on the racecourse but that’s not very practical so when it’s not on terrestrial TV with the likes of Sky Sports Racing and ITV (or ITV 4) then the best way to get instant access to live pictures is with a live streaming bookmaker – try these three below for the best of the bunch.
