Welcome to the party, Beantown!

Legal online sports gambling in Massachusetts couldn’t have launched at a better time, with Massachusetts betting apps going live throughout the state Friday – just in time for conference tournaments and March Madness.

This is a very exciting time for in-state bettors, who can finally take advantage of the best Massachusetts promo codes and bonus offers available at top online sportsbooks. These often include deposit matches and bonus bets, with plenty of juicy NCAA Tournament offerings on the horizon for first-time players.

Sportsbooks like FanDuel and DraftKings are among the most trusted brands, both of which are live with several bonus offers for sports gambling in Massachusetts.

With a loaded slate of conference tournament matchups, we constructed a 3-leg college hoops parlay – including both Big East tournament semifinal games – to celebrate the launch of legal Massachusetts sports betting on opening weekend.

Marquette +3.5 over UConn

We understand why the regular-season champs are underdogs here. Both teams are on a spectacular run, but Marquette is even hotter having won 12 of the last 13 games.

The lone loss was an 87-72 defeat at UConn, but the Huskies played out of their minds in that game and shot 52.2% from deep. That’s more than 15% higher than the season average – the Huskies only shot 27.3% from 3-point range in the first matchup as the Golden Eagles scored a 82-76 win.

Connecticut does have a big advantage on the glass, but Marquette has seen them twice now and knows what it needs to do in the post. Back-to-back wins over a frisky St. John’s team showed a lot of maturity from the Golden Eagles, and we like them to keep it rolling tonight and hang tough against a very strong opponent. We’re on Marquette +3.5 on betting sites.

Indiana -2 over Maryland

The Hoosiers are ready to get going in Chicago for their first Big Ten tourney game, a quarterfinal matchup with the Terrapins. Maryland handled its business Thursday in a 70-54 second-round win over Minnesota, which doesn’t really do much in terms of prep for a team like the Hoosiers.

Indiana guard Trayce Jackson-Davis has been playing out of his mind, scoring a total of 53 points over the last two games – if he gets going again the Terrapins just don’t have an answer. Maryland struggled to get it going offensively in back-to-back losses at Ohio State and Penn State last week, and the Terps are likely in store for a letdown after advancing Thursday. We’re on Indiana -2.

Creighton -4.5 over Xavier

We took Creighton Thursday for a no-sweat cover, with the Blue Jays scoring a 87-74 win over Villanova to set up a Big East semifinal matchup with Xavier. These are two of the best offensive teams in the country, and oddsmakers expect a shootout with the total set at 153.5.

The Blue Jays shoot a lot from deep, more than the Musketeers, and Xavier is one of the worst perimeter defensive teams in the country. That’s the biggest difference in this matchup – Creighton has been the consistently better defensive team all season and showed it in an 84-67 home win over Xavier last month. We’re on Creighton -4.5 on betting apps.
