Each selection is advised as a single bet, and at a straight £10 win single per horse, unless otherwise stated.

Do be aware that betting on horse racing is difficult to win consistently, that’s why we only use the best analysts and tipsters in the UK and Ireland to give their advice on this page. Previous performance is no guarantee of future success and you should only bet with what you can afford to lose.

Tip 1 - 1:55 Fairyhouse - Affordable Fury

None of the three market leaders have set the world alight with their jumping over fences, but it might pay to bank on Affordale Fury’s class coming good. He’s been off for over 400 days, but this previous Albert Bartlett runner-up should love today’s trip and ground combination, and has any amount of room for improvement in the jumping department, having had just two starts over the larger obstacles.

Tip 2 - 2:05 Sedgefield - Twp Stori

For a stamina test like today’s 3m3f, you want someone you know can stay, and that is certainly Twp Stori. Won over 3m2f on heavy ground last March and also had another victory at Lingfield over just under three miles on soft ground. Disappointed last time but might have wanted further on slightly easier ground, and he gets that today. The booking of Gavin Sheehan for the first time looks interesting too.

Tip 3 - 3:45 Ludlow – Can You Call 

It wasn’t a triumphant return from wind surgery for Can You Call this winter with a 13th and a fifth, but a second place in a Class 2 outing at Chepstow just before the new year reminded everyone what he is capable of. The 10-year-old goes off at the same mark again today and stepping down a grade from that should help this distance winner find his best form again, considering it was only last season he recorded figures of 2332.

Tip 4 - 3:55 Fairyhouse - The Nagger Reidy

The Nagger Reidy came back to hurdling in great form at the back end of 2024 after a break, and was unlucky not to pick up more than one win. His jumping was unusually bad last time out so that run can be thrown out, which means he is still on an attractive looking mark based on his other runs. Conor Stone-Walsh is good value for his 5lb claim, which always helps in a competitive race.

What Are the Average Advised Odds of Our Tips?

We tip a minimum of 3 horses per day across the UK and Irish racing and the average starting price of our selections is a remarkable 4/1 over hundred and hundreds of tips this year.

What is the Staking Plan and How Does a 1pt Win System Work?

We advise each bet as a win single or sometimes as an each way single. You can of course choose to combine the selections in a multiple bet, a Lucky 15 or a Yankee etc and that is a very popular way to follow the horses selected in this column daily.

A 1pt win per horse is advised in general and that means whatever your normal stake is for a bet is used as a point. For many this is £1 and for some this is £10 or more but it is totally relative to the individual and shouldn’t be more than you can afford to lose at any time. 

For each way selections we advise a 0.5pt each way stake. So as with the win selections this would be a £1 total bet (50 pence each way) or a £10 total bet (£5 each way).

Where Can I Watch the Daily Horse Racing Selections Run?

The best place is always on the racecourse but that’s not very practical so when it’s not on terrestrial TV with the likes of Sky Sports Racing and ITV (or ITV 4) then the best way to get instant access to live pictures is with a live streaming bookmaker – try these three below for the best of the bunch.
