Each selection is advised as a single bet, and at a straight £10 win single per horse, unless otherwise stated. Since March 1st 2024, our racing tips are 8.33 points up, with 46 tipped winners and six placed each way selections in that time.

Tip 1 - 2:15 Newmarket - Tales Of The Heart

This looks like a great opportunity to make it two wins in a row for Tales Of The Heart, with both of her main rivals' best form looking suspect. Arabian Dusk was second on debut but the winner flopped next time out, and as have the horses Teej A beat last time out. The only question mark Tales Of The Heart has to answer is running on turf, but we will take the chance as she can make this switch at an attractive price.

Tip 2 - 2:50 Newmarket - Crystal Delight

King of Conquest has obvious claims here as a dual Listed race winner at Goodwood and must be respected. However, we plump for Crystal Delight, who has shaped as a very progressive sort in two contests this year at Epsom and York. Stepping up into Listed company for the first time, but the manner of these two front-running wins really caught the eye and suggested there could well be more to come even off a big career-high mark of 105.

Tip 3 - 3:10 Newcastle - Trooper Bisdee

Like many Sir Mark Prescott horses, Trooper Bisdee stepped up in trip with a lowly handicap rating and has rattled off a string of wins. Since going beyond 1m6f, he’s won four of five, with the most recent win coming over Pontefract’s extreme 2m2f trip. He travels through his races in the style of a very good horse, and with stamina being his forte, this sort of race should be right up his street.

What Are the Average Advised Odds of Our Tips?

We tip a minimum of 3 horses per day across the UK and Irish racing and the average starting price of our selections is a remarkable 4/1 over hundred and hundreds of tips this year.

What is the Staking Plan and How Does a 1pt Win System Work?

We advise each bet as a win single or sometimes as an each way single. You can of course choose to combine the selections in a multiple bet, a Lucky 15 or a Yankee etc and that is a very popular way to follow the horses selected in this column daily.

A 1pt win per horse is advised in general and that means whatever your normal stake is for a bet is used as a point. For many this is £1 and for some this is £10 or more but it is totally relative to the individual and shouldn’t be more than you can afford to lose at any time. 

For each way selections we advise a 0.5pt each way stake. So as with the win selections this would be a £1 total bet (50 pence each way) or a £10 total bet (£5 each way).
