Each selection is advised as a single bet, and at a straight £10 win single per horse, unless otherwise stated. Since March 1st 2024, our racing tips are 8.33 points up, with 46 tipped winners and six placed each way selections in that time.

Tip 1 - 2:25 Sandown - Dual Identity

This looks a competitive Coral Challenge at Sandown, with a few protagonists who have had success at the course in the past. Perotto at the head of the market looks dangerous having won this race nicely last year but is up eight pounds from that success. We plump for Dual Identity, who enjoys it round Sandown with three wins and two places from six runs at the course, including his last two races. Will enjoy the predicted rainfall on the track throughout Friday and could make a bold bid for the win.

Tip 2 - 2:40 Haydock - Forest Fairy

Forest Fairy couldn’t have been more impressive on her first two starts. Winning both so well she went off just 10/1 for the Oaks. However, it didn’t go right for her that day. She was caught at the rear of the large field and could make progress through it. There is also nothing as good as Ezeliya in this race, so she can make use of the large weight allowance to chalk up her third win of the season.

Tip 3 - 3:15 Haydock - Chillingham

A satisfactory prep at York last time out has Chillingham ready to take this valuable Saturday handicap. Rated 3lb lower than he was last year Chillingham is back on the same mark of 96 he has previously looked capable of winning from. With no questions about the trip or ground, he could well make full use of the few pounds he no doubt has in hand.

What Are the Average Advised Odds of Our Tips?

We tip a minimum of 3 horses per day across the UK and Irish racing and the average starting price of our selections is a remarkable 4/1 over hundred and hundreds of tips this year.

What is the Staking Plan and How Does a 1pt Win System Work?

We advise each bet as a win single or sometimes as an each way single. You can of course choose to combine the selections in a multiple bet, a Lucky 15 or a Yankee etc and that is a very popular way to follow the horses selected in this column daily.

A 1pt win per horse is advised in general and that means whatever your normal stake is for a bet is used as a point. For many this is £1 and for some this is £10 or more but it is totally relative to the individual and shouldn’t be more than you can afford to lose at any time. 

For each way selections we advise a 0.5pt each way stake. So as with the win selections this would be a £1 total bet (50 pence each way) or a £10 total bet (£5 each way).
