Each selection is advised as a single bet, and at a straight £10 win single per horse, unless otherwise stated.

Tip 1 - 2:40 Market Rasen - Kosasiempre

Some unexposed horses in here, who are only just scratching the surface of their potential, and the same could be said of our choice, Kosasiempre. Winner over course and distance twice over the summer, and similar ground conditions should be ideal. Had a good second last time out at Southwell, with the winner going in again since and now rated 118. Our pick finished nine lengths clear of the rest of the field that day so should be in fine fettle today.

Tip 2 - 3:25 Taunton - Linda Moon

With some excellent form in the book Linda Moon could take advantage of a field full of inconsistent performers to grab her second win under rules. Her last visit to this track now looks like a great run, as she finished just 2¼ lengths behind a horse now rated 143. A repeat of anything close to that would be way above what the rest of the field is capable of.

Tip 3 - 5:00 Chelmsford - Sheephavenbaystory

2yo races at this time of the year can be pretty tricky, as they tend to be full of horses that have either been disappointing throughout the season, or those whose career isn’t expected to properly kick off til they’re a 3yo. Sheephavenbaystory has run three times, all of which have shown some promise. She was third last time out at Wolverhampton behind a Sir Mark Prescott horse, and the runner up has come out and won since. She’s drawn widest today, which isn’t ideal, but she has the best form in the book.

What Are the Average Advised Odds of Our Tips?

We tip a minimum of 3 horses per day across the UK and Irish racing and the average starting price of our selections is a remarkable 4/1 over hundred and hundreds of tips this year.

What is the Staking Plan and How Does a 1pt Win System Work?

We advise each bet as a win single or sometimes as an each way single. You can of course choose to combine the selections in a multiple bet, a Lucky 15 or a Yankee etc and that is a very popular way to follow the horses selected in this column daily.

A 1pt win per horse is advised in general and that means whatever your normal stake is for a bet is used as a point. For many this is £1 and for some this is £10 or more but it is totally relative to the individual and shouldn’t be more than you can afford to lose at any time. 

For each way selections we advise a 0.5pt each way stake. So as with the win selections this would be a £1 total bet (50 pence each way) or a £10 total bet (£5 each way).
