Each selection is advised as a single bet, and at a straight £10 win single per horse, unless otherwise stated.

Tip 1 - 12:30 Fairyhouse - Brave Adam

There wasn’t a huge amount of promise in Brave Adam’s first seven racecourse appearances. He was sent off at huge prices and ran accordingly. He sprung a bit of an upset last time out at Killarney, on his first run over this sort of trip. Racing over three miles could be the key to him, and he’s fancied to back that run up with another big run in his first handicap today.

Tip 2 - 2:25 Warwick - Iontach Cheval

We are taking a chance on a very lightly raced eight-year-old in the form of Iontach Cheval. Won this race two years ago from eight pounds higher than today’s 102 and has only raced a further five times since. Wasn’t seen to good effect last season, but the drop in trip should be ideal - when last seen over two miles, he finished third behind two horses now rated in the 120s. Should go well if ready for first race for nine months and has two wins when fresh from breaks of six months or more previously.

Tip 3 - 3:20 Sedgefield - Onenightintown e/w

There are certainly a couple of things counting against Onenightintown in this race. He will firstly have to prove his stamina when riding for the first time for 10 weeks, and secondly his yard is not in good form. However, conditions appear right for him to run a big race at a nice price. Previous course-and-distance winner from just two pounds lower, with claimer Alice Stevens taking a handy five pounds off. Will need to improve from summer showing, but if he does, he should in the shake up.

What Are the Average Advised Odds of Our Tips?

We tip a minimum of 3 horses per day across the UK and Irish racing and the average starting price of our selections is a remarkable 4/1 over hundred and hundreds of tips this year.

What is the Staking Plan and How Does a 1pt Win System Work?

We advise each bet as a win single or sometimes as an each way single. You can of course choose to combine the selections in a multiple bet, a Lucky 15 or a Yankee etc and that is a very popular way to follow the horses selected in this column daily.

A 1pt win per horse is advised in general and that means whatever your normal stake is for a bet is used as a point. For many this is £1 and for some this is £10 or more but it is totally relative to the individual and shouldn’t be more than you can afford to lose at any time. 

For each way selections we advise a 0.5pt each way stake. So as with the win selections this would be a £1 total bet (50 pence each way) or a £10 total bet (£5 each way).
