Tip 1 - 1:35 Musselburgh - I’m Too Tired

There are some justifiable questions to answer from those at the top of the market here, which makes us think four-year-old I’m Too Tired could be worth a punt. He’s making his debut over fences, so there is that unknown. However, his four-year-old weight allowance could give him the advantage he needs. Looked like the run was needed on reappearance two weeks ago and should be in fine fettle today.

Tip 2 - 2:00 Taunton - Montregard

Only raised 4lb for his first chase success, Montregard looks to be well ahead of the handicapper. He jumped well last time out and with match fitness on his side he has all the boxes ticked. The main danger comes from Moodofthemoment, but he is now 10lb higher than when winning narrowly two starts ago.

Tip 3 - 2:45 Musselburgh - Wild Side Of Life

Some interesting contenders in this one, particularly the well treated Cardamon Hill, but it is Wild Side Of Life’s trainer’s record that intrigues us more than anything. Leicestershire based LJ Morgan has a 29% strike rate here, and this is her only runner here. It seems a long way to go with a no-hoper. The horse is a maiden and will need to go well fresh but has won over further when pointing so the fences should carry no problem.

What Are the Average Advised Odds of Our Tips?

We tip a minimum of 3 horses per day across the UK and Irish racing and the average starting price of our selections is a remarkable 4/1 over hundred and hundreds of tips this year.

What is the Staking Plan and How Does a 1pt Win System Work?

We advise each bet as a win single or sometimes as an each way single. You can of course choose to combine the selections in a multiple bet, a Lucky 15 or a Yankee etc and that is a very popular way to follow the horses selected in this column daily.

A 1pt win per horse is advised in general and that means whatever your normal stake is for a bet is used as a point. For many this is £1 and for some this is £10 or more but it is totally relative to the individual and shouldn’t be more than you can afford to lose at any time. 

For each way selections we advise a 0.5pt each way stake. So as with the win selections this would be a £1 total bet (50 pence each way) or a £10 total bet (£5 each way).
